Can't say how delighted we were to have along the excellent guides we hired through Zion Outfitters. Jim and James were absolutely fabulous. Taking a group of women well over 50, they were kind and helpful. Very peaceful guys; it felt like they love what they do. They stayed back with those who needed it, and forged ahead with those... The ride up Zion Canyon is not to be missed, with the long downhill ride back a sheer delight. My rented bike got a flat tire 2/3 of the way up the canyon. I took the shuttle back to Z.O. The employee offered a bike exchange, but the remaining 3-speed bikes all had flats as well. He told me that... More

With the change of seasons and the cooler weather arriving, hiking the narrows is still quite pleasant with the waterproof full bib from Zion Outfitters. The full bib in addition to the boots and walking stick enable us to quickly and comfortably navigate up the canyon and back while others were stumbling around and shivering in the cool waters. The... More

It was short money — under $100 for the four of us — to rent boots, socks and walking poles. But it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. With this gear we could sure-footedly go as far up the Narrows as we wished, explore some slot canyons, climb rocks, etc with nary a fall or a blister (and we saw some nasty... More

We rented out hiking water boots and sticks from the company and glad we did that. It gave as confidence and comfort when hiking Narrows. It costs us about $98 for family of 4 and that was the purchase we didn't regret at all. They also give you a more detailed map of Narrows with some instructions and recommendations. The... More

We rented shoes, socks and walking sticks here to go to the Narrows. It was so nice having the high top shoes. They looked a little silly but once you get to the Narrows, and see people bare foot and with flip flops on, you will be glad you have them. We wished we had bought the sticks because we... More

We rented boots, socks and hiking sticks for our hike up the Narrows. We were able to pick up our gear one evening and return it the next after our hike. Transaction was smooth and we felt it was a great value. Located just outside of the park so if you are staying in one of the campsites, it's a... More

Reserved our shoes a day ahead of time, went in and everything was taken care of, had to change size for one of our group. No problems, they were very helpful with eating recommendations also. Will use them again. Very Very Nice people. Thanks!

We were hiking the narrows in Zion and chose Zion Outfitter for their warm weather shoe rental package. We had 27 people and needed that many shoe/sock/stick packages. I worked with Jenna and James to reserve the packages. Jenna was a pleasure and very easy to work with. We also met with a couple of other folks there (names escape... More
