We decided to see the film "Treasure of the Gods" for an introduction to Zion before visiting the park. I thought it would be a documentary about the history of the area, the geology, the people and though there was some of that, this film has much more. It's presented in a docudrama style with several fictional stories illustrating the... More

Our last night, we decided we didn't want to fire up the campstove, so we ate out and went to a movie. I had gotten the discount coupons (good for showing of the Zion movie or a feature film) so we got to see a 3-D movie on an enormous screen. The theater was clean, the concession reasonable (especially if... More

Great shots of the canyon and very interesting history of Zion. We saw the film the day after touring Zion and felt more we may have gotten a bit more out of it. On the other hand - visa-versa.

Enjoyed the movie about the history of Zion. Good information to start our trip. The huge screen makes you feel like you are part of the action.

We really enjoyed the show with all the information about the previous inhabitants of the Zion area. The rock climbing exhibition was also very exciting and nail biting. It's kind of an older theater, but the staff was very friendly.

There was a man at shuttle bus shelter handing out discount pass for tickets - this is just in front of market & the theatre is over to the right. Make sure you also look at display in foyer after movie & especially the plaque on RHS aas you leave theatre about the photographer - amazing achievements in her life

We used the discount coupons handed out at the park entrance to get a few bucks off the admission to the film on Zion. The Imax views of the park were great, and the history was well done. At 42 minutes, the film was short enough to hold our daughter's attention. Overall, both my wife and I agreed the film... More

We saw the Zion: Treasure of the Gods movie, and it was a nice alternative to cool off from the afternoon heat. By the shuttle stop, we met a kind gentleman from the Theatre who gave us discount passes and told us about Beverly Johnson, who helped with the climbing scenes for the movie. While the film's story is a... More

It was pretty much your average IMAX cinema, but a bit more expensive. The show, Zion Canyon of the Gods was really confusing, it was good, but don't go out of your way to see it
