My friend and I didn't stay here (not at these prices!) but we did splurge and have their wonderful Sunday brunch. It's definitely worth the $45 price tag. Afterwards, we wandered through the hotel and the grounds. Magnificent place with loads of history. A must-see while in Yosemite.

It is not only a beautiful hotel in the middle of Yosemite, but it has a very interesting history. Go on a tour if you can. We had an hour tour with a young woman who ended the tour by singing the Firefall song. It was lovely. What is amazing is that all of the "wood" is really metal that... More

A classic, elegant old lodge style hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The restaurant was difficult to get into so recommend calling ahead for reservations. The lobby cafe was quite good also.

My husband and I stayed here as part of our first wedding anniversary trip. We wish we could have stayed longer! The service is first class, the dining room and food is exquisite, the rooms are very nice, and you absolutely can't beat the setting.

Beautiful hotel to see, with a wonderful brunch that you don't have to dress for. I enjoying going a day after a big hike. It's also a nice way to end your vacation

Went for lunch during a recent stay in Yosemite. Everything about was fabulous - the room, the food and the service. A million times better than the Wawona.

Fun to go sit on the patio for a while or in the great room reading or chatting, even tho we never stay here. We always have the very expensive signature martini, El Capitini. One a year! Bar appetizers are very good.

The Ahwahnee is a fantastic place to eat lunch. The service is exceptional and so is the food. It's a classy place, so we dress up even if we are riding bikes.
