Nowadays they use rangers, male or female, with beards as tour guides besides the professional cab commercial driver(DO NOT FORGET TO TIP A SAFE DRIVER, DAMMIT). Back in the 70s and 80s , the Concessionaire hired lovely coeds to do the talky. Ahhh, Those were the Days, friends !! During the Spring and Full Moon, they have a very special... More

We had less than 24 hours in the park. I would highly recommend this tour if you are short on time. It was a nice 2 hour drive in an open tram - so you could see everything around you.

We highly recommend that you take this two-hour Valley Floor tour on your first day to learn about the park from a knowledgeable guide and note areas you want to come back to explore on your own later -- especially if this is your first visit to Yosemite. Book months in advance of your visit so you will not be... More

Great for people who have a limited time there. I took it once.I park my car and I use the free shuttle buses to get to where I want to go.

This provided great information about the park and an easy way to see the the majestic sights. The Rangers are very entertaining and knowledgeable. Wear a hat with chin straps.

The bus tour was convenient and started and ended at the entrance to Yosemite Lodge at the Falls. This tour is a great introduction to the Valley and offers a quick view of several sights that you will want to return to for longer visits.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed this two hour tour narrated by a ranger. There are a couple of stops for pictures (and bathroom). This is a nice way to get an overview of the park. Try and go at the beginning of your stay.

This is the best use of 2 hours and $25 anywhere! You get an amazing overview and learn much history from the ranger giving the tour!

Yosemite is overwhelming, especially if your time is limited. Our rental. VRBO, suggested that we take this tour to get an overview of the park, get your bearings, and help you to decide what your want to go back to. The history itself is interesting. Something you won't learn on your own. It's fun riding by a meadow and hearing... More
