Winery with lots of nice sweeter wines.

My sister loves their wines but had never been to the winery so on our camping trip in June she and her boyfriend joined hubby and me for a few days to visit some wineries. She... read more

WINES: For me, this wasn't one of my favorites. Although this winery boasts a wide range of wines, from dry to sweet, produced from fruit, honey or grapes, including their famous fruity Cranberry Bog and the Fat Frog series, I didn't find that I received the attention from the staff that i would have liked and I felt as if... The women conducting our wine tasting was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the different wines. They have a great supply of things to buy as souvenirs or gifts.

My sister loves their wines but had never been to the winery so on our camping trip in June she and her boyfriend joined hubby and me for a few days to visit some wineries. She was thrilled to get to visit this winery. We both prefer sweet wine. We enjoyed the wine tasting and bought several cases. Only downside... More

Loved the wine tasting, and left with 4 bottles! I understand that it may not be a true "wine snob's" location... But their selection was great, and the Honey Mead has been something I've enjoyed for many years at a local renaissance Festival for years. Great staff, great little shop, and definitely an establishment that will be around for years... More

The minute you walk in you can already feel the energy of the staff and the care they show their customers. Everyone was very friendly, and we found it easy to talk to them. They charged us $3 a person to taste 6 wines each, and they had such a selection! I wanted to try all of them, but only... More

We enjoyed all of the dry white and red wines. All wines were good to very good. The gals doing the tasting were very knowledgeable. The tasting was 6 wines at $3. There weren't any wines that we did not like. They have a great gift shop in addition to the wine tasting. We ending up buying our favorite white... More

Love the connection to the wildlife preserve. You will want to purchase every wine that you taste and at these prices you can. Cute knick knacks in the store that continue the wildlife theme. Conveniently located just off the highway. Take the time to drive through the preserve on your way out- it's free!

I stopped by after a business trip in Auburn. They have a wide selection of liquor and wine, though they are lacking in serious dry reds. Don't let that stop you though, there is enough selecton to please nearly everyone. The maple liquor is amazing. This is a must stop while driving by or wine tasting in the area.

We stopped here on our way by for a tasting and were impressed with the selection of wines and spirits that they have available to taste. There is something for everyone in terms of style, red/white, sweet/dry, fruit, dessert, spirits, etc, which is always nice to see. Our server was friendly, but I was a little disappointed that she didn't... More

My husband and I stopped for a wine tasting at Montezuma Winery. ($3.00 pp for 6 wines or $5.00 with wine glass). They have a variety of wines. Quite a few sweet wines which we enjoy. It's a stop you can't miss if in the area.
