Our winter is hanging on in Cincinnati but Krohn Conservatory is in bloom. This is my favorite time of the year, their floral displays are awesome. There is always some unique at Krohn for other seasons--spring is just my favorite!

The Krohn Conservatory gets many bonus points for constantly changing their displays in the main room. You can go back every couple of months and you won't see the same thing.

This is a very cool and well kept conservatory. Especially in the springtime when they do a butterfly display. It is something right out of the movies. very cool and a great retreat for the family or for a romantic date. I would encourage experiencing this and it wont break your budget.

Beautiful displays and tropical plants. Don't miss the waterfall and it's a tradition that lovers kiss in the tunnel under the falls. The butterfly show and Christmas show are always wonderful. You can't go wrong here.

Such a peaceful place to spend the afternoon. The huge seasonal flower displays are beautiful. Lots walking to do and if you go during the week it is not very crowded. The spring butterfly display is fantastic.

We only got to see 2/3rds of the conservatory since they were preparing for the butterfly exhibit. We had a nice walk through but not really worth the $4 admission and we were not told before we entered that part of the exhibits were closed.

Good indoors activity. Nice combination of habitats under one roof; desert, rain forest, beautiful gardens and bonsai display. Very relaxing, educative; my teenage boys enjoyed it as well as the adults in our party.

The Krohn Conservatory is small in comparison to what you will find in many cities but the spring butterfly exhibit is always excellent. Go early in the day when they open for best visibility and to beat the crowds. Sunny days are better than cloudy, too!

We were in town for the weekend, and stopped by for the conservatory's first Valentine's evening [we're accustomed to the tradition at the Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus]. It was delightful. The outside world was covered in a fresh layer of snow. Inside was filled with spring flowers, candlelight, and live music. Very nice evening. We understood there'd be wine... More

I'm a photographer and I heard about the butterfly display at the Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati, OH. I went and enjoyed hours of walking and touring the location. It's full of plants of all types, waterfalls, and vegetation not found anywhere else like this in the city. I grew up in the outdoors and am by far not a city... More
