Khron Conservatory is in Eden park in the Mt. Adams section of Cincinnati. It is a wonderful place to visit at any time, with its separate sections such as Palm, Tropical, Desert and Orchid and over 3500 different plant species, but you will also want to visit during their special events. A recent one is Butterflies of the Phillipines. Another... More

We took my granddaughter to the butterfly exhibit. It's inexpensive and full of lush tropical flora as well as plants from different zones. We enjoyed the entire exhibit but Maddie loved the birds and catching butterflies. (I don't recall exactly when we went)

My favorite time to go to Krohn conservatory is in the bleak winter months in Cincinnati. But it has something new to offer every season of the year. We love their Christmas decorations. We also love their butterfly show in the summer.

This place puts on an excellent flower show in the spring, and also a great show at the holidays. The butterfly show is also something really special to behold. They always have nice exhibits, and a great little gift shop for purchasing unique items. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside.

Krohn Conservatory can't be beat. Admission is cheap ($4 for adults and season passes aren't much more than that). The variety of plant-life is spectacular and the butterfly show is a must-see for locals and tourists alike.

This a great place to take your kids to learn to appreciate plants. It is beautifully maintained and is a great escape from winter weather. I also love going into the lush conservatory filled with green plants during summer droughts, when the Cincinnati landscape is brown. My kids enjoy going there almost as much as I do. The butterfly show... More

This place is great all year round, to escape the hot or cold of Cincinnati. They always have some sort of event taking place and it is very cheap to visit. Great for adults and children.

Located in Eden Park near Mt. Adams, Krohn Conservatory is a great 60-90 minute stop for all ages! The main room seasonally changes, providing a reason for locals to return on a frequent basis. The other rooms are themed to the environments they represent - i.e. rainforest, desert, etc. There's a cool bonsai room, with an interesting assortment of "miniatures"... More

The exhibit was beautiful. The plants were just as fascinating as the butterflies. I've been here in the past and keep coming back. The kids visiting were having a great time as the butterflies landed on them.
