We decided to stop by here on our way home from celebrating our anniversary. It's $4 per adult, though I believe you can get a dollar off if you print off a coupon on their website. It was also a little confusing to get there (though Siri is known for messing us up, so take that as you will). It... More

My wife and I went there to see the Christmas train and buildings display. The display was awesome. Hand made replicas of the Cincinnati skyline, bridges, and popular buildings. All of them made with branches, wood and leaves. Amazing detail and tons of fun. I watched the trains for a long while until my wife finally dragged me out. The... More

My family of 3 visited the Conservator on December 29, 2014. It was recommended to us by friends who visit multiple times a year. We really enjoyed it. During this visit, the Conservatory was displaying its holiday (poinsettia) show, which was beautiful. We especially loved the hot air balloons & Cincinnati buildings reproduced in awe-inspiring miniatures with all-natural products. We... More

I have loved going to Krohn since I was a kid. They have a great variety of plants and the seasonal displays are second to none. The Christmas display gets better each year.

The experiences, while appreciated, were not spectacular, instead of focusing on the conservatory, we were constantly encapsulated with trying to cool off. To our dismay there is relatively no fans or cold drinks; except in 1 or 2 places, which were extremely expensive.

Traveling at the holidays I always expect to see a Poinsettia display, and sure enough. I guess, from what I had heard, I was expecting more. The displays were very nice and well done, and for the typical visitor it is a great place to visit. If you are a botany geek like I am, It's an interesting visit but... More

Once again, the great folks at the Krohn Conservatory have prepared an exceptional Christmas display, including a life size nativity scene with live animals (celebrating its 75th year), model trains among creative models of Cincinnati landmarks, gorgeous holiday flowers and plants, and even some simple crafts for the kids to make. We enjoy it every year. Well done!

I went on a Sunday with my 8 year old daughter and had a blast. The train exhibit is really cool with prominent Cincinnati buildings and land marks made out of all natural materials. They had a Dickens exhibit in the room with the cacti (which was new from last year). I was also excited to see they had put... More
