My wife, Ma-in-law & I took our lawn chairs for a production of this enjoyable comedy at Cottell Park in Deerfield. The actors played multiple parts & the stage & props were minimal, but it was so much fun. The cast mingled with audience before the show & during the intermission, they were personable and I felt my modest contribution... More

I went to the Shakespeare Company to see "Every Christmas Story Ever Told" because my daughter rather insisted. I am so happy that she did. I loved it. I loved everything about it. It is a small theatre so there is NOT a bad seat. The seats are comfortable. The service was good in the little bar area outside. Parking... More

We have been going to shows here for several years. Not one single thing to complain about. The actors are amazing, the sets are beautiful and the theater is just the right size. Prices are affordable. We just went to see the Christmas show-which is hilarious and a must see. Don't let the name throw you off-they do other shows... More

The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company has been perfecting their craft for 20 years, and it shows. They've performed every play written by the Bard, and many other more contemporary pieces as well. The shows always include top-notch acting and beautiful sets. The venue is conveniently located downtown, next to a parking garage, and close to many restaurants. They even have a... More

Anyone who likes Shakespeare even a little should check this theater out. They have a great group of actors and actresses. The theater is intimate and there isn't a bad seat in the house. Depending on the play that is being performed, the actors will involve the audience which makes it fun and interesting. The prices for the shows are... More

A fantastic cast of men and women play shakespeare as it was meant to be; small theatre, close proximity to patrons and affordable prices. Truly talented actors doing gut level Shakespeare and light hearted plays as well. Well within your budget.

This was our first time going and we had a great time. We will go back for sure. We watched "Of Mice And Men" and it was fantastic. The acting and production were both well executed. It was sold out, which always adds to the ambiance. Our biggest unknown going was the surrounding area. Would parking really be close? Would... More

We have been season subscribers the past two years. They do about half Shakespeare plus other comedies and dramas. There are some very talented actors in addition to great staging, costumes, and props. Parking is nearby and reasonably priced. Try a few shows and you will be hooked too. They do about 8 or 9 productions each year.
