Building is a bit dated but acoustics are marvelous. Great concert venue. I've also been to private events there which are very nice if you have that need

Music Hall is simply a beautiful spot to enjoy the fine music Cincinnati has to offer. I first went there when we moved to the area in 1987 and have been attending events since. Whatever is playing you will have a wonderful time in this showpiece.

Attended the music hall's recent performance of Verdi's Requiem. The hall is a rich piece of the musical history of Cincinnati. You will enjoy the beauty of the facility. Be sure to see the wall displays on the second floor lobby of the conductors who have served the hall throughout its history. Very informative. The arts are very much alive... More

Music Hall is a historic building in a historic part of the city. It is however just a building but the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, the Cincinnati Pops, May Festival and Cincinnati Opera make the building come to life in full glory

We went to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra performance, Feb. 22, 2014. They did Berlioz, Mendelsohn, and Mahler, conducted by Paavo Jarvi (http://www.paavojarvi.com). It was a fantastic performance in a lovely venu--truly inspiring.

I've had the pleasure of attending concerts here several times while in the area during the time when Eric Kunzel was the primary conductor. He later went on to conduct elsewhere, including the Memorial Day and 4th of July concerts in Washingfon, D.C. - an amazing talent! This Music Hall is easily accessible and is incredibly beautiful, thanks to the... More

Cincinnati Pops Orchestra with Byron Stripling was a fantastic way to ring in the new year! My dad grew up on Cincinnati and truly enjoyed a visit to the Music Hall where he had performed himself.

We weren't sure where to go for New year's. Usually, we are out of town and last year we hosted a party. House parties are always fun, but a lot of work. So this year, we knocked out a last minute "bucket list" item (go to the Symphony) while enjoying no doubt, the nicest party in Cincinnati. We were able... More

The seats definitely are showing their need for renovation, but the sound remains the best in the house, up in the gallery. That is where my Opera and Symphony seats are, and the prices there are reasonable.
