My wife and I went to this showing and it was as good as any of the CSO performances. I believe this only ran for the past weekend, but if they come back with this again, it is definately worth the trip to see it. Personally, I think that any performance of the CSO is worth the trip to see,... More

This is such a premier concert hall. This symphony is certainly one of the most talented in the country. Tickets are a bit pricey, but there are deals the night of and sadly rarely are events sold out. Parking is easy and very reasonable for a major city. Many wonderful restaurants in the area, but not many that are walkable... More

It was over-the-top! CSO programming is never disappointing. We went on a Tursday night and enjoyed a free pre-concert buffet and met interesting fellow CSO enthusiasts---what a great weeknight!

For a small city, Cincinnati is blessed with the orchestra. Housed in the beautiful, and acoustically great music hall, any concert is worth seeing. The offer a wide variety of classical music along with many visiting musicians.

If you are visiting Cincinnati during the concert season, attend a concert if you possibly can. You will be impressed by the grand and stately Music Hall and by the superb performance of the orchestra, truly one of the best in the world.

It's not often I attend the symphony, but when I do, it's always a pleasurable experience. I like that it's easy to get in and out off and parking is convenient. The last concert I heard was led by Kristjan Jarvi, younger brother of Paavo. If you like classical music, find a concert that appeals to you from the 2012-2013... More

The Cincinnati Symphony has a varied schedule with many guest soloists and guest conductors. On Sat. evenings there is usually a preconcert talk that begins an hour ahead of the concert and gives insight to the evening's offering or something else relevant to the orchestra. Sit any place you like and get a good view of the host and guests.... More
