It was an amazing, historical, informative tour. Started out above ground learning about the history of Over The Rhine, then we went underground to the remaining cemetery. Once above ground again, we went over to the tenement building that accessed the underground area and got a history of beer brewing in Cincinnati before and after prohibition. Our tour guides, John... More

Had an excellent time on this tour. Have often seen these tours while dining in the Over the Rhine area; decided to give it a try. Very glad that my girlfriend and I did! So much interesting history that has originated in this area that I had little to no knowledge of. John, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable on... More

Craig, our guide, must have a second job as a historian/entertainer. He made the 2 hour walking tour fun and educational. We will book one of the other tours they offer next time we are in town.

We just returned from the very entertaining Queen City Underground tour in Cincinnati. It was an enjoyable two-hour walk through the history of Cincinnati in general and the Over the Rhine area in particular. We've already recommended it to family and friends and look forward to taking another of their tours next time we're in town. Their professionalism and pride... More

The two tour guides were wonderful. Easy to be heard and funny. I have grown up in Cincinnati, and they spoke about many topics I had never heard before. They also did a great job of answering questions. It was apparent the tour guides had a great deal of pride in Cincinnati and this presented itself in the quality of... More

We are new to the area and decided when we had an out of town guess to check out one of the tours. We had a great time despite the cold weather. John and Chelsea were fantastic tour guides, we learned so much about OTR history from them. You get to see parts of the city you would never know... More

Our tour guides, Chelsea and John, were so knowledgeable and entertaining and enthusiastic. I love that they know their stuff and kept it all very interesting. So much history this city has that you wouldn't otherwise know. I would recommend this to anyone, a native Cincinnatian or otherwise. What a gem for the city...we can't wait to sign up for... More

I'm from out of town and knew nothing about Cincinnati but I feel like I learned so much. Our tour guy John was very friendly, nice and entertaining. I haven't met the other tour guides but I'm sure they are great as well. I would definitely recommend checking it out. If I am ever back in Cincinnati, I will be... More

Cincinnati's Over the Rhine district is being restored and renovated with over a thousand listed historic properties. The Underground Tour is fantastic...giving a humorous hands-on history experience of one of the best preserved urban areas in the country...and it keeps getting better! There's a taste of 1900 tenement life; religious expression; gangsters, corruption, Cincinnati's brewery past and it's craft beer... More

This is an excellent tour of the "Over the Rhine" neighborhood of Cincinnati. The tour guide (John) was excellent and provided well organized and easy to understand information. About 2/3 of the tour is above ground but you do go underground for some very interesting information about the old breweries in the area. There is a very small section of... More
