A nice venue. I have been here for different occasions and they really do a good job. My only negative is the parking. There is plenty of parking but a little pricey. Easy to get in and out. Food available inside.

I found it easy to find rooms for breakout sessions. The rooms were clearly marked. The food was really wonderful. The event was well planned out. I also like that no mater where you were in the building a restroom is right around the corner. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Books By the Banks is a well run, annual book festival for readers of all ages. They hosted a variety of vendors, entertainers, and activities outside of and in the Children's room. The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra was introducing children to a variety of instruments and provided instructions with which families could make homemade instruments - an interesting, creative touch! The festival... More

Large spread out building with limited food areas and refreshment locations. Staff are very pleasant.

We attended the Comic Expo this weekend, and the facilities for the convention center were very nice, but the parking experience was the one downside for an incredibly enjoyable weekend. The rates changed without notice from day to day on all three days depending on how desperate people were for a place to park. Rather than accepting a fair profit... More

Prices vary widely from day to day for parking so they can extort as much money as possible from anybody who had the ill fortune to have to park there. This combined with the piss poor attitude and complete lack of concern for providing even acceptable customer service was a severe disappointment. The attendents were borderline hostile and extremely rude.... More

The Cincinnati Reds use this for their annual winter promotions festival. It is not to be missed. There is plenty of parking close by and you will see a little bit of everything related to baseball.

Have been there for a number of various work and business functions. It is a well organized, multi-functional setting.

We come for the Cincinnati Auto Show every year. It was RIDICULOUSLY cold this year, but we walked 12 blocks and thawed out upon arrival. We always have a good time here, the restrooms are clean and staff courteous!

The convention center is great. Clean, plenty of room and easy to get to from nearby hotels. We had a couple of social events at night, however, and the food was horrible. Dishes actually labeled "Hot_____" were cold. Not warm. Cold. Every single dish in a warming pan was cold. Very disappointing. Especially when you're at meetings all day, have... More
