The Cincinnati Art Museum is not "world class" but it's a very nice museum with a lot of interesting exhibits. There used to be an entrance fee but a special endowment now allows visitors in for free. Parking is free as well. The have a very nice collection of art and a special exhibit area for local art. The museum... More

It's hard to beat the Cincinnati Art Museum for it's selection, scope, and price. Free admission and $4 parking is a big perk.

My children and husband took me here for Mother's Day and this place was awsome. If you love art like I do, you will enjoy this place.

This is so much more than an art museum. They have a variety of activities available. I take my grandchildren there to do the scavenger hunt (changes monthly). After they finish the hunt, they turn in their sheets with the answers and are able to select a small prize. Meanwhile, they are experiencing some of our beautiful cultural heritage. Thanks... More

You would truly think you were in a museum in a large city. The Art Museum has some of the finest collections I've seen, with some wonderful local additions which you won't find anywhere else. Always changing and always a great visiting exhibit.

The Classical-Greek, Roman, and Egyptian, Renaissance, and Asian permanent collections are beautiful. The current exhibits of art deco dresses and Picasso prints are well worth seeing. The Picasso works reveal a great deal about the artist. The Art Deco dresses provide great insight into the time period in which they were designed and worn.

Food is decent though it didn’t match up to what’s advertised on their website or it didn’t when I went and that was a little disappointing. It's just basically soup and sandwiches but the soup I had was great and the view outside, as there are plenty of windows, is pleasant. I wouldn't eat there again but it was a... More

The Cincinnati Art museum has an excellent varied art collection. The general admission to the museum is free, however there is an additional cost for special exhibits on tour with the museum. They also have an excellent restaurant inside the museum. For children there are special guided and find and seek tours that the museum provides interactive booklets for.
