This is one of the places you might like to visit even if you only have a passing interest in art because they always have changing exhibits. Check their website for the schedule. But in any case it is one of the wonderful Cincinnati treasures. Spend $10 in the cafe and parking is also free. What a way to spend... More

The art museum is free and it is a treasure that many forget in Cincinnati. There are many well known artists displayed throughout the museum and the sections are organized well, if you are doing research. I highly recommend to everyone who visits Cincinnati. It is a great place.

Diverse collection featuring at least one piece by every artist ever mentioned in any discussion of art. Special exhibitions change regularly, offering lots of variety. Enjoy lunch in the cute little cafe too. An incredible opportunity for free.

The Cincinnati Art Museum easily rivals more well-known museums in bigger cities, but without the crowds or cost. Parking is a few dollars-- maybe $5 or $6-- but admission is free. The collection spans over 6,000 years of human history, including art and artifacts from ancient Egypt and Sumeria through modern art. You can get up close to the art... More

This museum is a real treat, located high atop beautiful Eden Park. The collection is amazing, encompassing all forms of art, including paintings, sculptures, textiles, and decoration. And if you are visiting with children, be sure to ask about the free Scavenger Hunt, which really involves the younger ones in their visit to the museum!

This was a beautiful museum. There seemed to be alot of areas that were closed off for renovations when we visited, but there was still plenty to see. Entrance is free but remember to pay for parking inside the museum. They don't take payment when you exit the parking.
