This art deco gem used to be the main rail terminal in Cincinnati. It now houses the Naural History Museum, Childrens Museum and Museum of Cincinnati as well as special exhibits. Even if you don't fancy museums this stunning building is worth a visit. At noon, 1 & 2 there are free tours 'behind the scenes'. Preserved behind locked doors... More

First of all there are too many activities to list here. There are two museums besides the children's center and Omnimax. At Christmas the train display here too. The building itself is a wonderful example of art deco and has been beautifully restored. If you go on the weekend you can take a free tour of the building and get... More

This museum is located in a former train depot and the architecture is gorgeous! Our group only visited the Museum of Natural History side, because we didn't have time to see it all. Around every turn, there was something interesting to discover, with hands-on elements scattered throughout. The kids in our group loved the underground caves and the ice cave,... More

We originally went to see the limited time mummy exhibit at the Cincinnati museum, but ended up staying to see the rest of the wings. I am very glad we did! The museum is beautiful, when you first enter it is an overwhelmingly gorgeous mosaic on the walls. Staff were very kind and helpful, and the entire place was immaculately... More

First off, I am of the age to remember when the museum center was a vibrant train station. When I enter the rotunda, I still remember my parents putting us on the train which would deliver us to our grandparents in Louisville and give them a week of "free time" Now I am entering the rotunda with my grandchildren and... The Cincinnati Museum Center is a terrific place to spend the day. I was surprised that my two nine year old grandsons enjoyed the Children's Museum at their current age as much as they did when they were younger. The water activities and the opportunity to run a restaurant and supermarket got rave reviews. However, I had actually taken them... More

Had a wonderful time going to see the mummy exhibit! I have learned a lot of things while visiting the museum, I would have liked to do more but we arrived at the museum with just enough time to view the mummy exhibit. I will be going back next time i go to Cincinnati!

My kids are 9 and 11, so they are a little old for the Children's Museum, but they thoroughly enjoyed the other two museums and the Omnimax. We didn't know what to expect but we loved our day at Union Station. What a beautiful building! We saw the Mummy movie at the Omnimax (think I-Max on steroids ) & we... More

My wife, daughter, and myself went to see the "mummies of the world" exhibit at the museum center and it.was great. This historic train station is beautiful inside with giant Murals in the foyer, and several museums upstairs and downstairs. This is place is very accommodating for disable people.

Wonderful visit at the Museum Center. Mummies of the world exhibit was worth the visit alone. Omnimax Theater presentation of Jerusalem was informative, and the Cincinnati History and Museum of Natural History museums were also quite enjoyable.
