This should be a place that everyone goes to at least once in your life. Take time to stand there and imagine it as it once was.....beautiful, the stories the walls could tell! Also every exhibit there is wonderful!

We have been to various exhibits before at the Cincinnati Museum center and also to the iMax Theater. It is in the old train station which is a beautiful building. We went to see the movie "Jerusalem" which was well done. The scenes were wonderful and it was told from the perspective of three girls- one Christian, one Jewish and... More

Union Terminal is one of the best destinations for families who are visiting the southern Ohio - northern Kentucky area. There are so many displays and exhibits - for young and old - and something to interest everyone.

There were 4 adults 39 to 58, a 17, 9, 7 & 6 year old in our group. There was absolutely something for everyone! The small scale model of early Cincinnati was awesome. It sends the kids on a scavenger hunt (themed for the season. It was gift boxes for us) allowing adults to enjoy a look back in time.... More

Before you even get to the museums, be sure to notice the building. It is simply terrific. A WPA project that tells so much history in and of itself. The rotunda is wonderful. Be sure to look up. Then you can visit one, two or three museums - Children's, Cinci History, and a Natural History museum. We visited the last... More

This is always a great time. My grandkids love to come here and learn while they play. The Children's Museum even has a toddler room that is big and fun allows the babies to be free to explore. The exit is manned so no one gets out. My grandkids favor the Children's museum, but I know that once they get... More

The Omnimax theater is an experience you could never explain. It gives you the feeling that you are actually performing the acts you are viewing as it makes you believe you are there, from flying in a plane, taking a balloon ride or white water river rafting!

For the past several years, we have purchased memberships to the Museum Center ~ it is SO worth it. We homeschool and on Mondays they have "Homeschool Mondays" in the Natural History side with lots of fun hands-on science things. On the History side, there are so many things to see and do. We always love visiting the printer (usually... More
