Wonderful restored theater, formerly a utility "power house" in the outskirts of downtown.

We were in Walla Walla Christmas week and found a wonderful children's production of "Doktor KaBoom" which was a delightful solo performer instructing the audience on the "science of Santa Claus" which involved "how Santa gets down the chimney", how Santa and his reindeer fly" and "how Santa finds out if you've been naughty or nice". It was a hoot... More

Great intimate venue. Audience members participate in the performance by sitting on the sides of the stage and interacting with people on stage.

Walla Walla is so luck to have this theatre. We recently attended a number of Chamber music events there. Go to their website to find out what is coming up! Beautiful building a couple block walk from the Marcus Whitman. A treasure!

We attended opening night of the Importance of Being Earnest last week in this great space. Love the old feel and what it's been made into. Plus the high ceilings everywhere are spectacular. A real treat.

We took in the BeauSoliel concert when it came to town. It was our first visit to the Powerhouse but we hope to go again. Just go early as parking can be a problem. The building was well situated for a Cajun music concert, however. We sat in the back row and had a great view. The acoustics were good,... More

I love going to this place for performances such as plays, music acts, or local performances for things like day of the dead! Not very expensive and very family friendly!

We recently visited the Power House Theatre for the screening of a documentary. The film producers hosted a Q&A following the screening. The Power House Theatre provided a wonderful venue for the event. It has good acoustics and wonderful architecture in an intimate setting.

The perfect Shakespeare theater that came out of an old, historical power plant. The atmosphere is wonderful and it has brought a different quality (in a positive way) type of entertainment to Walla Walla. We have seen the Four Tenors there twice so far.
