I was apprehensive based on the hit or miss reviews on tripadvisor but I was pleasantly surprised. The shuttle host Tianni was very sweet and memorized everybody's name. We had an overall good time at Paradise Cove. Taking the bus back and forth from Waikiki hotels was a plus, considering the busy Honolulu traffic. We purchased the deluxe, 150 per person... Exclusive bus was nice but did not enjoy weak expensive cocktails, poor customer service from event staff (bus people great!)
