This is well worth the cost. How many opportunities will you have to go down in a sub. Very comfortable, saw lots of fish, and they have sunk planes and ships that the fish and sea turtles gather around. The planes and ships were first cleaned out so there is nothing bad for the ocean and it's eco friendly.

The Submarine tour was not worth the money spent. If you are looking for a tour to experience the sights of Hawaii I would suggest the Genesis Helicopter open door tour. The sub takes you 100 foot deep into the ocean just off of the beach. You do a quick 20 minute or so tour of the ocean floor and... More

The Atlantis Sub was our first look at the underwater life of Oahu. Several man-made objects are a short distance off-shore. These are rebuilding the reef structure that was choked by Waikiki sand. We saw a fair selection of fish and other marine life, not spectacular but worth it anyway. It was difficult to take pictures of the fish or... More

While the rest of family remained at the resort on the North Shore; our youngest and his therapy aide, made the trip into Waikiki on 2/18 for the premium tour offered by Atlantis Submarines. I appreciate that they offered a "buy 1 adult ticket at full-price receive a children's ticket free" option. I made a note in the comments section... More

Expensive, but I no longer scuba. Good variety of fish and sunken man-made objects--ship, plane, etc. The submarine itself was an attraction I wanted to see. Very helpful & friendly staff. When we arrived at pier, found out about military discount after we had paid in advance. They gladly refunded about 40% of charge.

We went to Maui as part of our cruise. We pre booked our submarine adventure and were so impressed. From boarding the boat at the marina and the trip to the submarine tender we were so excited to get on board the submarine. The staff were imformative and well organised. This is a fantastic way to experience the underwater world... More

I'm definitely not a "boat" person but hubby is a scuba diver and because I love him so much, I agreed to go on the Atlantis Submarine tour. I didn't realize we would have to take a boat out to the submarine and of course the day we went the ocean was very rough so I was a little green... More

This trip was ok but not a MUST DO. We have done several whale watching excursions over the years and this year we opted for something different because we had our 11 yr. old grandson with us. It was quite enjoyable for him as we went down and saw both natural and manmade reefs. He enjoyed seeing the different variety... More

I would like to say that the submarine was a really great, new and nice experience. Everything was clear down in the sea. I saw things that I could not dream to see before. Unfortunately, it was little expensive.
