a bit disappointing. not a lot to see but what we did see was interesting. had to wait along time in the heat afterwards as bus was late and the photo they took of us apparently didn't turn out as they couldn't find it. was definitely something to see once but should be cheaper. over priced.

How many times does one have the opportunity to be in a submarine, 120 feet down in the ocean? What not to like. It's an experience

Decided to do try this on the spur of the moment and was so pleased I did! I got a free upgrade to the larger submarine just by purchasing my ticket at the booth at the last minute, purely by chance, so that was a bonus. It is a very smooth transition going from the shore to the boat to... More

I was a little unsure at first, I am a little claustrophobic, but with the large windows and amazing views I had no worries. The Submarine does not go that far under the water, it is quite shallow where the sub goes. It is amazing what is below the surface, the new reef that has been started, the fish that... More

Decided to take my two daughters on this as a surprise for Labor Day. Was a lot of fun. Bought tickets thru ITT on base. Meet behind Hilton next to Hale Koa. My one tip: do the first trip of the day. Less traffic and not waiting for another group to exit sub first...

From the time you get picked up at the hotel to the time you are dropped off, the staff are funny and professional. The feeling of submerging and seeing the bubbles form as you go down and come up is out of this world. And then, when you see the beautiful turtles and the amazing coloured fish....WOW What a day!

85 feet to be exact. Great for the kids, family, etc. We loved it! You are taken out by boat at the beach entrance of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. (Hope you didn't stay there!). The staff members are great. A short ride out and a submarine submerges from out of nowhere. You are taken down into the sub, with... More

The subMarine Atlantis went down to 108 ft. That was kind of exciting. We did see a turtle and a few fish but no sharks, darn it. The highlight was the underwater artificial reefs that were planted there by atlantis in order to draw the fish to them. There were also two sunken airplanes which helped to form artificial places... If you don't do well with boats, you won't do well on a sub either! The water taxi ride out to the sub about did me in...be prepared for a choppy ride! Once you board the sub, things smooth a bit. It was clean, nice temperature inside. The crew was very pleasant. Everyone received a window seat. Total depth was... More

Not trying to rain on anybody’s parade, but the brochures and ads really look interesting and exciting! BUT, the novelty of the submarine ride will wear out in about 10 minutes, then it’s a rather boring ride. About a 15-20 min boat ride (including wait times at the sub) from the pier to the sub, then a 45 minute sub... More
