Was a bit concerned with how we'd go in a confined space. It there is nothing to worry about. Plenty of room so you won't feel too restricted. Short trip out by boat to the sub, then transfer onto the sub. It goes down about 100ft and is navigated through some reef and wrecks. Plenty to see and the captains... More

Nice underwater experience for kids and adults. Perhaps a little bit pricey but worth the experience,

We were on the big submarine (64 seater) but as there were only 16 of us on it, there was lots of space. Very relaxing trip and got to see a couple of turtles as well as some big fish in the wrecks. Staff were really nice too.

To get to the sub you have to take a 15 minute boat ride out to where the sub dives. This open air boat ride was better than the sub ride. It enables a great off shore view of Honolulu. I was initially quite excited to climb aboard the sparkling clean sub. It was spacious & the viewing ports were... More

We went on the 'Premium Combo' which has a larger submarine and while we found it an interesting trip, the lack of large fish was disappointing. The advertising gives a false impression that fish will be brightly coloured, but at 100ft, colours are going to be muted due to light filtering and the sea was also cloudy at that depth.... More

Great way to experience marine life without having to scuba or snorkel. We really enjoyed it. Saw some turtles, a lot of fish, and the experience was worthwhile to have the opportunity to ride on a submarine. No sea sickness. No sharks. No whales. No dolphins. Schools of fish and man-made habitats and they feed the fish to keep them... More

My family and i went on this submarine on October 3, 2014. I don't know how to and stays away from water. So for me, this was an awesome experience. Being in a submarine was worth the price for me. Don't expect a bunch of Big Fish. However we was a fascinating experience for my Mother, Auntie and myself. You... More

it was fun to go on a sub which was clean and comfortable. The disappointing part was the lack of large marine life around the man made reefs. Also don't expect to see the beautiful colors of tropical fish as the water filters the light. The colors will be drab and lackluster. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. The... More

If your not a certified scuba diver, and would like some exposure to the awesome underwater world, then you will likely enjoy riding in one of the Atlantis Submarines; which dock near the Hilton HI Village, in Waikiki. I have been scuba diving many years; however my wife had not, and for her this was a fun excursion, and underwater... More

Went on the the 48 passenger submarine which was full but didn't feel too crowded.Took a boat out to the submarine. Went down to about 100 ft underwater. Saw some fish, stingrays, turtles, reefs and the ocean bottom. Saw sunken ship and planes. No big fish though which wasn't expected. It was preaty neat to go under the water. Overall,... More
