This was such a fun highlight of our vacation! We have two young children who are seven and two, and both of them loved it! I can get a little claustrophobic sometimes, so I was a little worried about riding on a submarine, but I didn't get claustrophobic at all! We had plenty of space. Such a great memory to... More

It was a fun idea, but the ship wrecks you see and the airplane at the bottom of the ocean were (disappointingly) all placed there to create an artificial reef. It felt way too much like the Finding Nemo ride at Disneyland. Although we all liked the voyage and we saw lots of fish, the submarine was quite costly for... More

Took the submarine ride for the first time and was very impressed! The staff on the boat and submarine were awesome! I booked the Whale Watching cruise on the Navatek and the Premier Submarine tour and got a deal for booking them both (and my six year old son was FREE for both). It was a really good deal, considering... More

We did this tour in January 2015 and were lucky to see two sharks, a sea turtle, a barracuda and lots of other fish. Every trip is different and what you see will vary from trip to trip. We had a 6 year old who loved it! It was neat to see what goes on 100 feet down. The regular... More

My brother and I had just landed on Honolulu and could not check in for a while, so we decided to go on the submarine as a way to kill time somewhere with air conditioning. We were not disappointed! The submarine itself is pretty cool, and its great to say that we've been below 100 feet. Don't expect to see... More

When will you have the chance to go over 100 feet under the sea unless you're in the military? So give it a shot. It costs more than I would have liked, but if I could do this at home, then I wouldn't be on vacation. The ferry ride takes you out to meet the submarine, so you have to... More

We went on this and thought it was pretty poor! If I had not got tickets at extremely disc rate I wouldn't have been happy. The only cool thing was we got to see a sea turtle right out our window on sub and then on the ferry boat happened to see a dolphin! The next day we did a... More

I wanted to my wife to experience what it is like to go scuba diving. However, she does not swim and has no desire to learn scuba diving. I suggested we try this attraction as a suitable alternative and she agreed. We bought tickets, made reservations and showed up at the boarding pier in Waikiki Beach. The ride out to... More

I would say that this is definitely worth doing once, especially if you have kids 5 years or older. For the comfort and convenience the price seems reasonable. I really enjoyed the experience, so did my 5 year old. The seating inside the submarine is very comfortable and everyone has big windows to enjoy the underwater views. The tour narration... More

We lucked out with superb weather on the day we visited the sub. No wind currents above or below the water-- so we saw plenty of beautiful fish and turtles swimming about underwater. After we were picked up from our Hotel, we came to Port Hilton. From here, we took a scenic 10-minute boat ride to the Submarine, and got... More
