We got married at Magic Island and the pictures are amazing! It was very crowded on the weekends but we got married on a Thursday and it wasn't too bad. You will see homeless but they're perfectly harmless. The park is perfect for a variety of pictures - there is Diamondhead in the background, sailboats, trees, ocean, beachfront, you name... More

A popular spot for locals and tourists but we still managed to find a tranquil place to watch the sunset. Very accessible for a pushchair. You can park your car here or walk from the centre of Wikiki like we did which took us about half an hour.

We chose Magic Island to renew or vow's for our 40th anniversary. Wayne Johnson from Hawaiian weddings. net was our minister. He picked a lovely spot on the shore with waves crashing behind us. After the ceremony we walked around the island and observed the "locals" having picnics and doing watersports. it was such a lovely spot on the earth,... More

We go 2 to 3 times a week. Very relaxing, always a wedding and the ocean is calm by proximity. No surfing, just smooth water. Yoga on the weekends and lots of Baptisms for church. New Hope goes there too.

This is my favorite place to go to when I want to relax or even people watch without all the crowds. The snorkeling in the man made lagoon is awesome, fish aren't bad considering it's not natural. If you have a buddy and are a good swimmer you can go past the rocks, just talk to the lifeguard and he... More

I enjoyed the facilities that are available there and the enclosed lagoon makes it easy for children to play without too much concern. The only issue is a common one here on Oahu - parking. Come early or leave frustrated.

We renewed our wedding vows here with hawaiiweddings.net. It was a touching and special vow renewal . Beautiful scenery. Very quiet on a weekday. We saw 2 couples getting married. Went looking for bottled water and ended walking all the way to Ala Moana Mall! Make sure you bring something to drink. Sadly, we ran out of time to come... More

We like to walk early in the mornings, as we reached to end of the island we looked down by the rocks and found a used syringe! Needless to say we did not cool off our feet in that water! On the weekends there is a lot of families that use this park. It smells absolutely wonderful and looks like... More
