I have attended Mass at St. Augustine a number of times. there is always an island flavor. Hawaiian ensemble of singers or dancers often performing in a dignified, religious atmosphere. Mass here is reverent and beautiful.

A very nice, historic Catholic church with many services. There is a museum with information on Saint Damien and Saint Marianne with a ton of pictures from the leper colony.

We visited the church after seeing there was an organ concert on their website. Very nice design and stained glass. After the concert they host a social with some snacks in the courtyard which was very nice. Enjoyed some peace right near the beach. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Not sure of the best place but we ended... More

This is a Tongan congregation of Catholics - warm, welcoming people and the BEST voices!! Mass is in English and Tongan. Very simple church but beautiful.

we went here for Christmas mass and Sunday mass. The church is simple but very pretty. The congregation was very welcoming to travelers. I enjoyed the priest that officiated both masses.

We attended Mass here and felt welcomed. Priest offered many of the prayers in English and what I think was Hawaiian. Music carried some island strains while maintaining liturgical respect.

I have been to Saturday evening mass a few times on our travel to Honolulu. Even if I was going to mass, the church itself is a beautiful piece of architecture, Well worth the visit

We went to the 6 pm mass but there were two other masses later that evening. It was great seeing so many people taking time out of their leisure time to go to mass. This church was walking distance (about 3 blocks) from the Sheraton Princess Kaiuilani Hotel.

We'll not on the beach but across the street. Beautiful stain glass windows, friendly priest with various masses on Saturday and Sunday and at least one each weekday. church worth a quick visit even if you don't go to mass.

We went to the Catholic Mass at the church. It was mostly a traditional mass with a few local customs mixed in. The priests did a nice job of catering to the tourists by explaining about the church and its history. It was nice to see that the church was almost full, with about half being locals. The church itself... More
