there is nothing spectacular or special about the beach here - more locals than Waikiki which is nice - no tWaikiki - which is nice.

Its a fairly large park by the beach - its nice and quiet compared to the rest of Wakiki, and its ideal for runners.

Very, very nice. We spent three hours walking up and down this strip and also returned two more times during our 9 day trip.

Gilligan's marina is off the edge of the park. The park is large with bathrooms and nice access to ocean. Across the street from the Ala Mona Mall. Lots of options for food in the food court.

We walked to the beach from HHVillage. It was quite a trek. Beach nothing like Waikiki as it was full of small rocks. Lots of local families enjoying this beach. There is a lifeguard as well. Was ok, but wouldn't go back.

The park is very conveniently located right by the Ala Moana Shopping Center, very accessible. It's good for walking, jogging, and tennis. It also has a good size beach area by the water. Even if you don't play tennis, try to make a stop inside the Ala Moana Tennis Court, there are several lily pond landscape very pleasant to break... More

Needed to stretch my legs, so I laced up, put on the GPS, and got running. The park is very pleasant, nice shade trees, and beautiful beach. Quite a few homeless around, but lots of locals, so don't let that intimate you. The ocean is beautiful, and the view of Diamond Head and Waikiki from Magic Island is stunning. Ended... More
