Olav was our tour guide and he is Fantastic! I will need to take the tour another 5 times to learn everything Olav shared. USS Arizonna, Wheeler Army force base, Scholfield barricks, Fort Shafter - headquarter of the Army Pacfic command , Punch bowl national memorial and then Home of the Brave headquarters. We learned more about Pearl Harbour history... More

This tour was much more than we bargained for. I love US History and this tour made our WWII history come alive. We went to Ft Shafter and witnessed reveille, went to Wheeler Field and Schofield Barracks and also went to Pearl Harbor for an exemplary 27 minute history on the attack of Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941, then... This is not your standard tour. From the very start, our guide, Olav, took us through an exhaustive history of Pearl Harbor. It's clear that this was not just a job, but a passion for him . It's also clear that the military figures we met along the tour as well as guides from other Pearl Harbor tour companies had... More

Duke was our tour guide, and was a wealth of information. We were able to see sites that no other tour groups are able to access. We were there for the morning parade & flag raising at Ft. Shafter. We also visited the Pearl Harbor area, Wheeler Field, Schofield Barricks & the Punchbowl cemetery. It was well worth our time... More

We took this tour because of all the places it included. It was all that plus more and well worth the money. Our tour guide was fantastic. He was not only knowledgeable but told personal stories about people who were there at the time. Our son is a WWII buff and he told us about events that he did not... More

This was an easy way to tour Pearl Harbor! We were picked up at our hotel very early in the morning and headed to Schofield Barracks for a flag raising ceremony. We then went to Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial. The highlight of our tour was meeting a Pearl Harbor survivor who just happened to be there for a... More

A Pearl Harbor "living history" tour run be a family that know and cares about the island and military history. You start EARLY (05:30) to get to Schofield Barracks for reveille and raising the colors, then on to Pearl Harbor itself and a succession of small museums, historical sites, and active military bases before finishing in the early afternoon at... Olav's knowledge of the history of events leading up to the attack on December 7th was second to none! We came off the Carnival Miracle for a day and can't say enough about this tour company and our tour guide (incredible historian)!

This is a fantastic museum, included in our tour package. It is only a small museum but the amount of memorabilia inside is amazing, whats better is that the husband & wife who own it don't buy everything that is on display, they are all donations and they are more interested in the story behind the item. Its a lovely... More
