It is a small mall but in a fix it has what you need. We needed to get clothes and some comfortable shoes and the Walking Company, Macy's and Banana Republic had what we needed. There is a movie theater and a basic food court with a Jamba Juice, Panda Express etc. It also had an apple store. Easy to... More

Smallest mall in Hawaii. Think they lucked out when Whole Foods moved in. Pretty crowded with tourist. No food court but lot of places to eat throughout the mall. CPK, Whole Foods, Panda, Bale & McD;s outside. The usual Jamba & Starbucks too. Better off fighting the traffic & going to Ala Moana.

We went by bus from Waikiki to the mall, it's was a quick 15 min ride from Waikiki for bus #23. We wanted to check out Macy's as they had a sale and was worth going there. As a tourist, thee is nothing else worth looking atThe mall. It's very small and shops cater for the locals. We went for... More

Went there on am the bus from Waikiki the bus journey was fairly chaotic but once we got there the mall was reasonably quiet and calm, which was a welcome change. It isn't as big or well equipped as the Ala Moana centre ,but given its size it's a good mall to use up a couple of hours. The stores... More

This mall is mostly 1 floor and has a very pleasant feel to it which makes it feel more sociable and less anonymous. I got the bus up there and had a look at the Kitchen Shop and then caught the bus back stopping off near Ono Seafood to pick up some more delicious poke and then getting another bus... More

The Kahala Mall is only a 20 minute ride on the Bus (currently USD2.50 per person return if you ask the driver for a transfer ticket when you board). It has a comprehensive suite of shops covering most visitors and locals requirements - from Longs Drugs to Macy's to food outlets. There is no loud music playing either in the... More

This review has to do with just one part of the Kahala Mall Shopping Center, namely the Kahala Theaters. We've been to these theaters 3 times in the past 7 weeks. There are positives as well as negatives at this location. The positives: Shopping mall location has lots of free, easy to find parking. Many choices for after movie eateries... More

Kahala Mall is just a mall - if you are on holidays - there is no real reason to go here; it is nice; but it is a mall for the locals and except for the cinemas doesnt offer anything over Ala Moana for holidayers. From Waikiki you get the Green Trolley which takes you up into Diamond Head -... More

Worth a visit. Good variety of shops such as Longs Drug Store, Macys etc. Lots of seating areas within the mall walkways. Cinema complex. Wholefoods supermarket, coffee shops. Clean toilets. On the "green" trolley bus line so convenient even if you don't have a car.
