It's not the Louvre, but it has nice exhibits from local artists. Try to go when you can get in for free.

This museum has some surprisingly impressive collections including originals of European masters (a la Monet). The Asian Art exhibit is worth the price of admission alone. When you go, be sure to have reservations to dine in their lovely courtyard cafe!

A must see. And it's close to downtown. Easy to get to by car or bus. Entrance fee here also entitles you to see the Contemporary Art Museum.

This is a fabulous art museum. It showcases art from all around the world including (but not limited to) old Asian art, Middle Eastern art, art of the Pacific, and early American Art. My personal favorite is the gallery with famous Impressionist art. The galleries are small but packed with beautiful, often famous pieces of art. This is a small...
