If you like colorful tropical fish, you are going to love this. The exhibits are exceptional and there is complimentary audio tour (headsets). We walked through in an hour but would have loved to spend more time there.

Since I live here I tend not to give the touristy stuff a second thought. A friend was visiting from San Diego, Ca. and we asked him if he wanted to go. Recovering from shoulder surgery I figured it was a low impact event. We went on a thurs morning and the place was already crowded, lots of little kids... More

This is a small aquarium but has a great and varied content. The seahorse, jellyfish and tropical fish are great to see. Outside, you are able to hold small hermit crabs and gain some facts told by a member of staff. They do take a picture of your group on entry but we by passed this and just took our... More

I am giving it a 4 as i went on there 110th anniversary and it cost $1.10 each. BARGAIN! But for 2.20 for 2 of us which would of been $24 is a bit to steep in my opinion. It will take you 30 minutes tops and thats mainly due to the huge queue of people in front of you.... More

Lots of local fish. The outdoor aquariums are quite nice, you get to see the fish from above and it gives a nice different perspective. The visit is short, but very interesting.

I have been fortunate to visit some large aquariums and then there's the Waikiki aquarium which I visited back on 3.12.88; I've still got the receipt and its readable, $2.50 for entry. Even though its been many years between my visits they still have some of the massive clams that were there previously. I don't know if the fish are... More

I really wanted to check this out and I was very disappointed. The only reason it was fun at all is because we had a coupon for free admission. Otherwise not worth the money at all. Very little to look at and not very interactive.

This Aquarium does not pretend to be a MEGA ATTRACTION it is a working environmental out post and learning center with a side line of entertainment. It hosts a great array of local under sea inhabitance. For the non-diver its a chance to look under the waves and see the diversity of life that the under water world holds in... More

Although it's small, it does have some nice exhibits. I'd never seen giant clams before. Also, the aquarium is working on a project to create coral reefs that can supplement existing reef systems.

Nice activity to fill in an hour or so, we got a free pass with our trolley pass but the rate like the zoo is very reasonable and worth it even if we paid. We seen beautiful fish and jelly fish displays and the seals were just gorgeous
