This is a smaller aquarium, but it is beautiful. The volunteers are lovely, and I am very glad I visited. Make sure to see the outdoor "tide pool", complete with colorful tropical fish and don't miss the Hawaiian Monk Seals.

We visited the aquarium on our honeymoon on a free day. We read that they have a seahorse exhibit and we love seahorses so we had to go! It was $24 for the both of us and the aquarium was nice but very small. I was at least expecting a nice shark exhibit, as we were in Hawaii, and they... More

It was a very small aquarium, given that it is located in Hawaii, I have to say that I would have expected more. There is only one outside live animal, the Hawaiian Monk Seal. I think that it would be nice for little kids that could stare at a fish tank for a long time.

I walked the kids to the aquarium from our hotel, we enjoyed the view along the way. It is a small but well laid out site, they had a large assortment of fish and it was hard to decide which one was the best! It was one of the cheaper things that we did well we were in Hawaii and... More

We visited this aquarium 4 years ago and were excited to visit it again recently. We were so shocked and disappointed at the neglected appearance of the facility as well as the surrounding area. It is overrun with aggressive homeless people now that live beside the aquarium and on the sidewalks. The inside of the aquarium seemed very dark and... More

What there is to see at the aquarium is beautiful....it is very well kept. It is not worth the $12 for one room of coral and fish, but it was cool and helped pass the time between hotel check out and when we had to head to the airport

Small aquarium located along the beautiful Waikiki beach, it cost $12.00 person it is a bit much! Nothing that we had seen in the past except the dragon fish and rock frog fish (see photo) my children enjoined the trip does count!

This was a nice way to pass the time while out and about in Honolulu the fish, sharks, seals, and jellyfish were awesome to look at. I really enjoyed the little remotes they provide you with to get more information about the animals you are looking at.

Great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and the beaches. They have an awesoem display of sea horses that they breed for release to the wild. The sea lions are fun to watch. Lots of fish, coral, etc. Very friendly staff that will explain everything or answer any question.
