We took my 9 year old to the aquarium to kill time on a rainy day. The low entrance fee made it possible. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. We are used to much larger aquariums but I honestly think I learned more here. The fish are mostly from Hawaii and many are only found in the... More

Not a bad experience considering entry was only $12. We were lucky enough to be there at the time of the Seal feeding which was by far the highlight - Very informative. Other than that, the place was smaller than expected but still a very enjoyable time with a good selection of fish and sea creatures.

We live in the south and have access to see all kinds of fish. But, the fish in this aquarium are out of this world. So colorful and they have wonderful facts for you to ride nearby.

This is one of the smallest, yet one of the best aquariums we have ever visited. The extent of spectacular tropical fish, jelly fish, etc. were spectacular. The exhibits as well were quite beautiful. We went back for a second visit and enjoyed it just as much. Great for kids. They also sponsor a Luau which is good fun, but... More

I visited honolulu recently and went to the aquarium as part of a Luau package.. If you want to go to an aquarium, i would not recommend spending the dollars here. I would only visit this aquarium as part of the Luau. If you are interested in sea life, i would go to Sea Life park, there is way more... More

Not overly big but the few displays are good and we especially liked the Jellyfish displays. For the small cost of $12 it was worth the look.

This is always the last thing we do after checking out of the hotel and waiting for transportation to the airport. It is not a large attraction like aquariums in Monterey, CA or Long Beach, CA but it is still a nice exhibit of Hawaiian and Pacific sea life.

Visited this attraction and were not disappointed. Wonderful displays and such a variety of ocean life to see. The sea horse are incredible to watch, as were the jellyfish ... better ay to see them in the water. Definitely worth a boring of your time.

You would think the aquarium on Waikiki Beach would be world class. It isn't. It is a nice university owned aquarium, but it wouldn't make anybodies Top 10 list. Go see it, but don't expect much. That is a shame.
