These places were on all 5 islands we visited. They are kind of like the corner quick stop only some had pineapples and oysters (with pearls inside). They have lots of stuff made in either Philippines or China so you can say you bought it in Hawaii. Still a neat store to look around. Nice and friendly people. We got... More

So since moving here this is in all the magazines. Stopped in to see what the fuss was. If you are wanting a wide selection of ugly aloha shirts this is your place. Otherwise do the shop at the Dole plantation...just don't see the attraction.

I remember this being a lot bigger, maybe I'm wrong. Watch out for the pearl ladies, it cost us over $200 to select a free pearl. Don't get me wrong, I made the choice to have the pearls set in their jewelery but be careful not to get carried away because they keep giving you free pearls.

I've been living in Hawaii for a few years and finally went here because my grandma was visiting and she wanted to do some souvenir shopping. The international marketplace is being renovated and we did not have time to hit up the swap meet and we've already picked up a few items from Don Quijote. What a great place to... More

While visiting this tourist trap we had our rental broken into by locals hanging out in the parking lot loitering in vehicles. We saw them going in and didn't think anything of it because we had locked the car and not demonstrated that we had anything of value in the vehicle. We called the police and when we observed a... The group we were with made a stop here and I wasn't impressed. If you are looking for Hawaiian clothes than this is probably the place to go, the majority of the store is clothes but they come at a price. Some girls from our group enjoyed making leaf bracelets that were offered at a free Hawaiian craft making table.... More

We always enjoy visiting Hilo Hatties on our trips to the Hawaiian Islands. Of course, being greeted each time with a lei of some kind is a nice touch, but the place has wonderful souvenirs and gifts and clothing to purchase. The only thing I would not recommend about the Hilo Hatties in Honolulu is what they call BBQ pulled... More

Upon arriving, we were welcomed, offered a cool taste of pineapple punch, given shell leis and offered a photo opportunity with the world's largest Aloha shirt. The store offers a variety of clothing, jewelry and souvenir items. Clothing includes a selection of made in Hawaii items. You're not likely to find a lot of bargains, but prices are reasonable and... More

This is a mammoth souvenir shop, full of a variety of things that just about covers everyone and anyone on your list. Prices range from cheap to expensive, too. Great selection, fun atmosphere. Complimentary juice provided at the entrance, along with a necklace. Fun time!
