We arrived on a cruise and took advantage of the free shuttle. They take you to their store, then run another free shuttle to other places including Waikiki, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and back to the ship. You get a cute shell lei when you get on the shuttle, and that's kind of your pass for pickup again in a... More

Fantastic! Free juice when u walk in the door, everyone gets lei'd for free. They teach for free how to make leaf bracelets, shell bracelets, Hawaiian corsage or hair flower. Great local activities w/kids! Did all our shopping in 1 place and they ship it home for us!

Hilo Hattie's shuttle will pick you up and take you to their shop. The shuttle drivers are very entertaining. You will get a mini tour narrative. The actual shop is packed with souveniers and clothing. There is something for everyone. Be sure to look for a coupon to be used in the store in any of the local tour books.

yes it's a tourist trap...but who cares...have fun while on the island. Took the shuttle to the flagship store. The place has every kind of souvenir you can think off. Get a free juice while arriving and shop. Look in the tourist mags for coupons for more deals and free items. buy a certain amount and get a free mug.... More

We took advantage of the free shuttle to the flagship store. The store does have everything you would want to buy and take home but a little disappointed given the hype. Clean place, lots of activities, and friendly staff saved the trip. But I wouldn't go out of my way especially if you're short on time.

I was only looking for a Hawaiian shirt as a souvenir and since this was our first trip to Hawaii, our friends took us to Hilo Hattie's. If you are looking for top quality products at off the Waikiki strip prices then this is the place. The prices are reasonable and the products are "Made in Hawaii". It is the... More

This is such a great place to visit for all your Hawaii Shopping needs. This place has EVERYTHING and at fairly reasonable prices. Just grab the free shuttle that picks up all over Waikiki, and step in and shop till you drop!! I bought so much here, I had to buy and extra suitcase to get everything back home but... More

Heard a lot of hype on Hilo Hattie's. So we went in Honolulu and Kauai. The one in Honolulu was larger but basically the same merchandise. If you are into Hawaiian dresses and shirts this is for you but be warned it is expensive. They also have lots of other souvenir type things. One thing we did find were really... More

You can get to Hilo Hatties on their free shuttle or they have parking available. It is a really large store and clothing is arranged by patterns. If you like a pattern you can find all the items made with that pattern in one spot. It is possible to outfit the whole family in the same pattern if you like.... More

Hilo Hattie's is probably the one place most people think of when thinking of "iconic" items from the islands. The store on Honolulu isn't huge ... has quite a bit of things for sale and the items are not crammed together (a bit plus in my book). Yes, their items can be pricey ... though I did see a few...
