Located just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki's main beach, you will find this little piece of ocean front. My favorite spot for swimming in Honolulu! We stayed at the Hotel on the beach and we found the beach to be not overcrowded. It is a locals hangout so at times it can be a bit rowdy. Very quiet in the mornings. The waves were too high on the North Shore so we came to this beach for a day of snorkeling and I am glad we did. The water was nice and calm and there was a huge amount and variety of fish. The beach was very clean and enjoyable to lay in the sun on. We had a nice time... More

My husband and I visited this little beach on our trip to Oahu. We loved it. I think we read about it in our Oahu Revealed guidebook (A. Doughty). We brought our rented snorkel gear with us.
