We did the upgrade on our GO-card for the dinner cruise. The food was average. It was a sort of Asian dish with some additions like tofu wraps and some odd pasta salads. There was a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Two free drinks( very small). All for a whopping 50 dollars extra. We were warned to at the beginning... More

Used our Oahu Go Card to reserve an afternoon cruise. We were offered upgrade for other cruises (i.e.. sunset, turtle) at extra cost, but we declined. We got an email confirmation and they took our credit card information just in case we did not show up. Wife was prone to being sea sick and took some medication prior to cruise.... More

Yesterday (April 8, 2015) I got the chance to be on board the Makani Catamaran. First of all, I get sea sick really easily so I bought motion sickness pills from Longs. Took TWO and still felt a bit dizzy, but that’s better than being totally seasick. I just have to take one more to probably avoid it. We’ll see... More

Four of us bought the go Oahu cards and used them for this activity. The day was warm and a little windy. Brittany the bartender kept our drinks filled. (Yes there is a washroom on board).

We did the sunset cruise. I paid extra from the Go Ohau card to upgrade to the sunset dinner cruise. It was OK at best. The dinner was similar to a buffet Chinese take out; the catarman boat is clean but a lot smaller than I expected. The boat ride can be pretty choppy so if you tend to get... More

A very lovely 2-hr cruise on a spacious catamaran with both inside and outside seating. It leaves promptly at 5p and returns at 7p., when the night lights of Honolulu begin to glow. I can't say that I would recommend this for very small children, because there were quite a few on my cruise who were distressed or sick because... More

Since this tour is available 365 days a year, we signed up for it to go on New Year's day for their 1pm Go Oahu Card sailing. In the winter the chance of rain is higher, but luckily we had sunshine out on the water for the whole ride, though there were some threatening clouds that were approaching as we... More

The dock is just minutes drive from Waikiki beach. A small tip: right east of the dock is a park and parking there is free. Direct opposite the dock there are some shops and you can each lunch there before your 1pm sail. The day we took the catamaran was perfect weather, calm ocean, we say 2 whales passing by... More

Our cruise included 2 drink tickets and dinner, which was a decent buffet. It was a gorgeous sunset across the water. Unfortunately the waters were rough and my friend had a bit of a problem with nausea but the staff was incredibly helpful. As the sun was setting we saw a pod of whales and the stars were brilliant after... More

This place is a scam!!! I booked this $100 reservation with them only because they accepted the GoOahu Card. Well when I arrived with them they told me they are not affiliated with them and have nothing to do with them. Meanwhile other people there were also in line trying to use their card. They have signage up at their... More
