Recently visited the Hale Koa luau with my family and I felt completely honoured to have been able to join. There was an immense feeling of pride towards my father and brother as well as to be in the company of so many service men and women - it's amazing Hale Koa offer places and events like these. My nephews... More

This was our first trip to a luau. My father in law is retired army so that's how we were able to go. $56 per adult, $7.50 per child. Gates opened up at 17:30. We each got a free alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage upon arrival. We wandered around the grounds. They had natives teach us to weave the palms... More

OK my family is retired Army and we a partial to anything military we always try to make sure we use military venues when we travel whenever possible to give back. I have seen a lot of reviews that said this is a "restricted Access" show but it isn't the hotel and most of its amenities are restricted and you... More

For our first visit to Oahu, I researched the various luaus for what hoped to be a memorable experience. After reading many reviews, Hale Koa was the choice. I did notice comments regarding military admission, but every indication was that the luau was open to the public. I purchased our tickets based upon those reviews. When I attempted to pick... More

Went here on a Monday night for $51.95 includes a table share apps, family-style (so for solo travel, it's a bit uncomfy to ask)... These is a Military hotel so it's mostly military family and guests (I wasn't told so when booking, so be wary) but I'm Ok with that... Main course is ala carte pre-made with Fish, Laulau, chicken... Highly recommended. Food is good and the show is fun. Family friendly and more reasonably priced than Germaine's or Paradise Cove.

This motel and all it's offering's (reasonbly priced Luau) is for Military (I assume US) ONLY! I'm OK with that and support our troops, veterans, etc., but the restriction on T/A and the Motel web site should be more clear in the profile. I wasted my time booking on line and glad I called for clarification 808 955 9676. Maybe... More

We thoroughly enjoyed this original performance and food while visiting Oahu last week. The food was fulfilling and prepared well. The other people we met were extremely friendly and everyone had a great time! The only drawback to this venue for my wife and I was our seating. We were at the last table in the back and our view... We enjoyed this Luau the best. When we first arrived we were given a choice of Rum Punch or just Punch which was great for non-drinkers. They had stations set up to make leis, headband, bracelets and hats from the leaves of coconut trees. The children really enjoyed this. The entertainment started with a demonstration of how hawaiians used to... More

This luau is well worth the price. 3 hours of entertainment + dinner for only $51.95. Food was average, big portion tho. The coconut cake was good. We bought & printed tickets online and went straight to the luau garden at 5:30pm. There was a long queue to get in, but not a long wait. If you want to make... More
