The USS Arizona is a memory to all who see it. Even if you are not a Veteran, you can feel the emotion as you take in the history of the many who were there.

Such an amazing place. To think about what happened in this place and realize the sacrifice that was made makes this one of my faves. Definitely must visit.

I was definitely not prepared for the emotions that came as we stepped onto the memorial. We had arrived as a tour group, took a short 5 minute ferry trip from the visitor centre over to the Arizona. As we pulled up alongside, you could see the oil slick sitting on top of the water. It's still leaking out today... More

Pearl Harbor is an awe inspiring memorial and place to visit. We visited the Arizona Memorial, the Missouri, the Bowfin submarine and the aircraft museum. We had our young grandchildren with us (6-12 years of age) and were pleasantly surprised how much they learned from their visit and hope they will remember it all as they study WWII in school.... Well worth your time to visit. It is very surreal. Be sure to have the "audio" tour with you as there are no guides,

I saw many amazing turtles during my visit to Oahu, so was surprised that our boat ride out to the Arizona was cancelled due to there being a turtle in the way. Don't turtles know to swim away from a boat? Pearl Harvor is such a sacred place of reverence. A real shame we, and many others, we're not able... More

A must see, but make reservations before you even get on the plane for thickets through the USS Arizona Memorial website run by the National Park Services. Otherwise you will have to take your chances and get down to the Memorial around 0530 AM and get in line for the stand-by tickets. We missed out, but my wife and I... More

I do not see very well without reading glasses and therefore did not read map we were giving, there was no explanation of how to use audio equipment so I went to ask. Woman at the counter was very rude. Her response was... More
