Another must visit places when in Oahu. A well done, sensitive and very educational visit of what was a very tragic and pivotal moment in world history. If you've visited other WW2 sites, museums and memorials around the world, you absolutely need to visit Pearl Harbour's memorial. The memorial site does indeed need more shade and rest areas, so prepare... More

No trip to Oahu would be complete without seeing this at least once. You really get a feel for the respect that Americans feel for their Military and we also got to speak to a Veteran of the war. The audio guide is exceptional and listening first hand to the people that lived through the war was extremely emotional. Need... More

I'm definitely not a history fan, but I enjoyed our visit to Pearl Harbour. The memorial is deeply moving, and it is really an educational experience. The food is a little bit overpriced, but really delicious, so we felt it was worth it. We were able to do the entire site in the morning, so you definitely don't need a... More

It was so interesting but at the same time the history is sad. I recommend people to watxh the video history and take the tour that goes to the Arizona memorial.

My husband and I visited the Pearl Harbor / WW II Valor in the Pacific National Monument in April. A visit to the site is definitely a must during your trip to Honolulu. We spent the morning inside the grounds, walking and touring the various monuments on site. There are areas where you 'pay extra' to see however the free... More

It is what it is. Hard to glorify what this place stands for. But worth seeing for the educational value and to pay respects for so many lives lost in WWII.

Visitng Pearl Harbor, seeing the museum, watching the movie and taking in the Walk of Remembrence are all great experiences. However, the highlight is the quick boat trip and brief visit to the memorial over the deck of the USS Arizona. Here, it is always Sunday morning, December 7th, 1941. It is a place to remember the sacrifice, bravery and... More

A moving experience paying respect to the fallen. You watch a film in an air condition room and then taken a short distance to the memorial site of the fallen battleship. There are missiles to see and two inside with lots of information about the raid. It was very informative. You can also board the submarine but will pay extra... More
