This Park Service memorial starts with a fast paced and very informative movie. From there you go to the comfortable shuttle boat ride. The Arizona Memorial is sort of a self paced tour, with a bit of input from the Park Rangers. The site speaks for itself, and is very stark and moving . . .

i've seen the movie 1000 times, but it is still really impressive to walk over the ship. and you should visit it when in Hawaii. this is history, and must not be forgotten.

This was great to see. I have actually gone a few times. Plan on going early and getting there right when it opens otherwise you will be standing in line for hours. Very informative and a nice tribute. Would recommend this to everyone - but remember what it is and be respectful.

We enjoyed our visit to Pearl Harbour. We did not know what to expect in terms of what to see. We first got free tickets for a 10am of the USS Arizona Memorial which included a good overview of the Pearl Harbour invasion. While waiting, there was a good but small museum on the Pearl Harbour invasion and the history... More

Poignant reminder honoring those who died defending our country during the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor.

For the history fans, another definite must see/do. Heaps to see then a quick trip out to the memorial itself. What an eerie but very moving experience. You simply have to see it to believe it. Prior to the boat trip out there is a very interesting doco played in the theaterette. Despite numerous requests and warnings to respect and... More

This is certainly the prime Honolulu attraction, other than the beach. It is a nod to history that is very well presented so that it appeals to young and old alike. Don't miss it.
