Great place to see people and boats

Bowen's Wharf is the heart of Newport. Dozens of stores and restaurants, great for people watching and docks with sailboats and yachts. Don't miss

Can't miss Bowen's Wharf any time you visit Newport. Take your pick of places to eat, and peruse the stores. Parking can be iffy, but you can usually find parking somewhere since you are there to walk around anyway.

Very nice area of Newport with some shops and restaurants by the water. It's great to grab a drink and sit and relax by the water.

Bowens Wharf is Newport. Anyone who visits has the benefit of anticipation as one approaches the wharf. The Fluke for dinner, ben and jerry's for dessert - what could be better. The warm lights of the shops shining through the window after dark make the whole wharf very inviting.

Our favorite spot in Newport to sit by the water, watching the boats and just relaxing! Take a sail out in the bay and have a great meal at any one of the wonderful restaurants on the Wharf. We love 22 Bowen's!

A fantastic destination for a nice summer day. Walking round the warf on a sunny day, strolling in and out of the shops, stopping for drinks on the water, and be sure to bring your appetite because there are so many fantastic restaurants, ice cream shops, cookie shops, candy stores, etc. Great family fun during the day. A great night... More
