Please don't use this company. My mom bought a Groupon for my boyfriend last year and I tried countless times to get intouch with them to schedule a date by phone and by e-mail. No one ever bothered to call me or e-mail me back. Not even to say sorry they were busy but would get back to me later.... More

We purchased a groupon and made a reservation. When we showed up we were NOT on the list. When we attempted to reschedule, we NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. After numerous attempts, we just gave up. Luckily Groupon credited our account. Save your time and money and just go out and have a nice dinner.

After purchasing a Groupon, I reached out a cumulative SEVEN times by email and/or phone, leaving several messages. I even attempted reaching out through Facebook to get a response. I don't understand why this company continues to run Groupon deals when they cannot accommodate the ones already purchased. I just got a refund for mine because no one would respond after multiple phone calls and emails. Very disappointing because this was a gift for my mother....a fun day for the two of us. Don't waste your time.

This has got to be the most dysfunctional business in the US. We responded to a Groupon and had repeated problems over the period of months scheduling a visit. No returned phone calls or email. Only bake to get funds back through Groupon which tried to help
