We had one day to spend in Buffalo on the way to Toronto and it was obvious that there would be rain all day. We already had reservations for an afternoon cruise on the Miss Buffalo so with $2 plastic ponchos in hand we set out. The boat was half enclosed and the outer decks had a good overhang so... more
