For visitors to downtown Buffalo, no visit is complete without visiting (even for a short while) the Erie Basin Marina. Here you can walk along the rocks and see where Lake Erie meets the Niagara River. It's a prime spot for boaters. In addition, you can walk up to the top of the Marina's observation tower to get a GREAT... more
