Over the last decade, this theatre has seen a lot of restoration and feels like a walk back into a time of opulence. Seats are comfortable and the acoustics terrific. Always a pleasure to see a show here.

Shea's has been an institution in Buffalo for years. The theater is absolutely beautiful and just underwent a major restoration. Originally a movie theater it became the destination for major Broadway shows. It lives up to it's place among the best venues for top productions. If you visit Buffalo it is a must see and if there's a show it's... More

When you walk into this theater you will be amazed, as I was the first time I walked into the building. It takes you back in time and is absolutely breathtaking. I am so proud to have such a beautiful building in our city.

The shows that come here are usually top notch quality! The theater has been remodeled several times and it is beautiful! The only bad thing I can find to say is the parking. However, there are several parking lots very close by.

We have been season ticket holders for many years. It is such a pleasure to be in this beautiful, restored theater. I can't wait till the start of the new season to see the final restoration results!

We recently took a guided, public tour which is offered on select non-show days. Having seen many performances here over the years, I can attest to the fact that the theatre is beautiful, and the quality of the touring productions that they bring in is great. The tour, however, was wonderful. It definitely exceeded our expectations. It is, without question,... More

This beautiful theatre has been renewed, restored, back to the days of traveling musicians and shows, absolute gorgeous gold relief, hand painted frescos, OMG you will love it. A treasure. And with its new stage we can accommodate New York plays. Great.

On Main street rail line in the theater district. This venue is one of the best for musicals, plays, theatre anywhere in the U.S in my opinion. Most of the Broadway shows stop here and they pack 'em in. The decor is turn of last century, ornate and quite impressive. Take in anything showing there during your visit. You will... More

Shea's is a beautiful building. Every show I have been to here has been top notch. If you haven't been to a show here you are missing out. Seeing a show here is a must and the prices are reasonable.

Beautiful old building with good sound. View was good and the seats were comfortable. The only problem was the smell. They were making kettle corn (really?) and it just didn't go with the ambiance of the theater. Kettle corn is for State Fairs, get it out of the Shea PAC!
