It's very well maintained and the flowers planted all around are nice. It's quite and beautiful to walk or sit a long the water. It's peaceful and relaxing, and a nice place to have a picnic. It's also free lol. I love going her with my husband and daughter on a nice sunny day and just relaxing. It's a place... More

The City has done great work to develop this marina making it a lovely place on a sunny day to come and stroll around and look at all the moored boats. In the summer there is a cafe but this is closed from September. In the fall and winter it is great to walk around all muffled up and enjoy... More

While in town for a conference I found my way to the Marina and enjoyed a lovely run, with great views of the water front, lighthouse and more. Was running out of sunlight, and needed to get back for another meeting, so was not able to head out to the lighthouse itself, but it appears to be easily accessible -so... More

Nice place to walk around, see some of the water front sites. During the summer months they have open air music. many places to eat and drink at near by. many optional thinks to do in the area also, like naval park, biking, paddling, sail boats, etc.

We were walking along the canal and harbor and these beautiful flowers were there in several beds. There were so many kinds and labeled so you knew what you were looking at.

Erie Basin Marina gardens were a stop on the annual Buffalo Garden Walk. After visiting about 20 private gardens we went down to Erie Basin and walked through the gardens along the waterfront. It is very nice because the majority of the plants are labeled so you can write down the different varieties to plant in your own garden. The... More

A great place to visit on a hot day as you receive the breeze off the lake. Take a chair and small cooler with you and sit under a nice shade tree. A relaxing place to visit. I believe they are still renovating the small hot dog and burger place still. A nice place for a stroll as well over... More

Memorable Father's Day Sunset. Moving out of state makes us all recognize and cherish the beauty of Lake Erie and Buffalo views. Erie Basin Marina was the meeting place for our after dinner family gathering. All 4 generation enjoyed the freshness of the Marina Gardens, brisk Buffalo air on the first day of summer. We mostly marveled at the awesomeness... More
