This is a definite...a must see! Very family friendly, they call the kids onto the stage and get them involved...the show moves along so there is no getting bored...always something happening be it on stage or in the background...TIP: watch the hillside as you are entering the show for a awesome surprise. They don't announce it, so you have to... More

We enjoyed the musical. The comedian was great. There is some definite talent on stage and the location is in a beautiful amphitheater. It gets a little old that they keep trying to get you to upgrade to an annual pass but I suppose they need to generate as much revenue as they can.

My family & I make an annual trip to see the Medora Musical. I can't say enough about how amazing the experience is. First off, the location is stunning >> a GORGEOUS outdoor ampitheater with a view of the Badlands. And the show itself is always a pleaser. They do an incredibly high-quality show every year that honors Medora, North... More

We were just at the end of a two week vacation through Montana, Wyoming , South Dakota and North Dakota, our last stop Medora, Beautiful area, the pitchfork fondue and Medora musical were both great! we are Canadian and we are always impressed with the patriotism that Americans in some areas show. The show was wonderful and the entertainers were... More

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the musical. I loved the theme of celebrating 50 years of music. The singing, dancing and patriotism were all great. I loved how they honored our veterans when we were there. Well done Medora!!! Each year improvements are made in the city that keep us wanting to come back. Thank you for a family... More

This in one of those productions that are a "must see" on your travels throughout the US. North Dakota is a beautiful state with the Badlands and Medora being a real surprise. A drive through the Theodore Roosevelt National Park is a great experience. Tons of wildlife roaming the hills in the open range. A pitchfork Steak Fondue before the... More

We loved the musical. The scenic badlands backdrop is beautiful. The amphitheatre is very modern with good restrooms nearby too. It is a two hour musical with 10 minutes interval. We are planning to make it a yearly ritual from now on. We were visiting from MN. I would say, the tickets are rightly priced too.

The musical is a yearly tradition for our family. Last year's musical (which I reviewed) was poor, in comparison to past years. This year is the 50th Anniversary of the Medora Musical. It was much better than last year. It was, as might be expected, a kind of "flash-back" to previous years. (It could have been made great if costumes... More

I can't say how much I enjoyed this production. Great humor and country music, not to mention a wonderful outdoor stage and mountain backdrop. You'd have to pay $150 for this in a big city and you still wouldn't have the atmosphere. (It cost me $37 and change). I recommend this strongly if you are in the area, wonderful way... More
