We went 5 minutes before closing time but they were very helpful, they gave us all the brochures and information we needed. I advise to make a stop in the visitors center. Siamo arrivati 5 minuti prima della chiusura ma ci è stato dato tutto ciò che ci serviva per la nostra permanenza in questa zona. Grazie

Its historic but well kept up. Worth the walk around and close to interesting shops. A nice quick stop to get more of a feel for the area.

If you want a taste of the old world when trains were the backbone of America, then visit the Flagstaff Visitor Center. Not much has been changed to the exterior of the building. You know its a train station of old. But the neat thing is that inside is full of friendly people, and worthy tourist mementos exhibiting Arizona's cultures.... More

The Visitor Center is staffed by helpful, knowledgeable people. They do a great job providing visitors with timely, accurate and smart information about the region. They are right next to the BNSF Railway (next to the AMTRAK Station), and have a nice gift shop and display area for local events.

Flagstaff's Depot turns 90 this year and I highly recommend going there. If you're on your way to the Grand Canyon, I would recommend stopping here. Its also in the heart of the historic downtown. Happy 90th Birthday to the ATSF Depot in Downtown! If you're a railfanner, over 100 trains go through, rain, snow, or shine! 1926-2016

Me and my wife were visiting a location where snow showers or snow is found after 10 years. It was s much awaited visit with our kids. They enjoyed a lot playing in the snow. We witnessed snow showers which made our visit complete. A wonderful vacation

Located on Route 66, in downtown and historic Flagstaff, Arizona; the Visitors Center is housed in the former Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway depot. It is packed full of informational material of, not only the Flagstaff area, but all of Arizona. The Visitors Center has two gift shop areas at either end chock full of stuffed animals, t-shirts, knick-knacks,... More

On our way from Sedona to the Grand Canyon, we stopped at the Flagstaff Visitor Center, and we're glad we did. The heritage building doubles as the Amtrak station. It was also interesting to learn that the station is on a stretch of Route 66. We were given helpful advice by a very pleasant young woman. A really worthwhile stop.
