We have taken our 5 month mix puppy to the bark park a few times now. Overall, the park is great! Plenty of balls and Frisbees, plus agility equipment for the more adventurous dogs. Most of the people we have met there are great! The only down side is that due to our pup being so young, he gets extremely... More

We were hoping for a full on, let them off the leash dog park, but instead found a nice little park that allows dogs... On leashes. Traveling through and staying the night. Was hoping to let the dog run a bit off leash. Not the case, although in the upper BBQ area, there were several dogs off leash with their... More

Nice open place with 1.5 acres for the dog to run - easy to get to and just what we needed before a long drive.

We took our dog here while traveling and had a great time. The dog park is across the street from the main park, over by the baseball fields. Big parking lot, friendly people and well behaved local dogs. Note: bring your own water! The park is currently under construction and is well fenced off but there isn't a working water... More

We were out of towners and needed a place to let both the kids and the dog burn off some energy while we had a picnic lunch. We were referred to Thorpe Park. It did the trick. We first went to the South end and ate lunch and let the kids enjoy the playground. Playground was entertaining, clean, and well-maintained.... More

Great park just at the base of Lowell Observatory. Play and BBQ at the park and then head up the hill to watch the stars! Makes a great capture the flag park!

It’s a great place to take your kids to and the whole family even! There is enough space for everybody, without the crowds. WE can eat and have fun without feeling limited and I really like that. My family and I wouldn’t usually go out of our way to the park for a picnic, but this was all worth it.... More

I would frequently visit this park to fish. Now the pond is only about a acre in size but offers some pretty decent fishing. Now some days are always going to be better than others but I have always enjoyed coming here to fish.

The fields flooded quickly when rain began, and the games had to be cancelled for that day. The snack shack did not stay open for night games. It had the worst hot dogs, but the best pretzels.

You can go to the parking lot and pay a $6 daily fee to sit on covered picnic benches overlooking the lake. Bring a blanket and park alongside Lake Mary Road and make it a more intimate experience. We've tried both and loved both!
