This is an excellent place to visit, especially with younger folks. I was impressed by how much attention was given to safety. My grandson was a little timid at first, but quickly gained confidence, and he had a great time.

Our kids really enjoyed this experience. Kids with little or no experience with adventure course activities can participate. Their confidence level increased each time they completed the kids course. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back and try the adult course next time.

I went to Flagstaff Extreme with a big bunch of guys. Some guys were scared, some were very confident. In the end, there is nothing to be afraid of, but the challenge is real. These guys have the safety part down pat. I've climbed in the past, so once I was harnessed in, I felt that I could go monkey-style... More

I would highly recommend a family trip here. I have never been to an attraction like this one -- climbing, hanging, swinging, sliding -- we've created some wonderful family memories from our day that none of us will forget. You don't have to be a triathlete to participate either, just willing and up for challenging yourself a bit. My son... More

An excellent venue, this "adventure course" is challenging and fun. The safety procedures guaranty an exciting time without danger of serious injury.

What an adventue for the not so faint of heart! Unfortunally i was not ablebto participate due to a bum knee and arthritic hands hands but I was able to watch my husband and daughter test their strenght, both inner and outter and every fiber of their being. Who ever designed this course had every aspect of thrill and safety... More

The best value for your money in town. It works every muscle in your body. Our teenage daughter loved it. Complete all five levels and take the tee shirt home. If your not on a regular work out you'll need a hot tub or a masseuse the next day.

My Niece, 12 years old and myself a pretty adventurous 43 year old had a thrilling time. It takes about three hours. It's great for large or small groups that are fit and not scared of heights. We laughed and were physically challenged and basically had a blast! I will go back next year. lots of upper body and core.... More

We love Flagstaff Extreme and can't wait to do it again. I finished all 5 courses with my 12 year old son in alittle more than 3 hours. It was very challenging, especially the black course. Remember to take water and a snack and to take a break after the third (blue) course to rest for a moment or you... More
