My husband wanted to drive to the Grand Canyon, but I said "no". He's still raving about the tour with Touch of Southwest. They picked us up right at our resort. We were very lucky that we had 2 guides, Jamie and Don. Their knowledge about the geography, history and biology of Arizona the Grand Canyon and it's peoples was... More

My husband and I were traveling to Arizona with our two children 9 and 12. It would be their first time to the Grand Canyon. Originally we had booked a train ride leaving from Willams which sounded a little chaotic and impersonal. We were told about "touch the southwest" by my brother and sister-in-law who had taken a personal tour... More

Regarding the tour presented by Touch The Southwest, my wife and I had a lifetime experience. Probably the most important factor for making this tour a great trip was Jamie Bennett, our tour guide. Adding to her advanced college credentials, she was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of northern Arizona, including the Grand Canyon, and her personal touch with people... More

we took a grand Canyon tour with "Touch the Southwest on April 17 and we enjoyed the entire experience. Our guide, Bryce marshall, a wildlife biologist was first class and in tune with his tour customers. The food for lunch provided by The touroperator was very good and more than we could eat, and we tried! We chose this tour... More

My husband and I were scheduled for their Grand Canyon tour earlier this month. We were so excited about this tour and the level of expertise of the guides. Our initial contacts were wonderful. However, my husband became violently ill during our short stay in Sedona and was confined to the bathroom for over 36 hours. I called to cancel... More

I am terribly sorry Ms "Feyest" was caught so off guard by our charging for her last minute cancellation. I'd like to explain... To begin, as stated on our website and brochures we maintain a "strict 48 hour cancellation policy." Ms "Feyest" called us around 1:00p the day before to cancel her tour, far less than 24 hours prior to... More

Our guide Jerry picked us up at our condo in Sedona . We picked up 2 other couples and then headed to the canyon via Oak Creek canyon and through Flagstaff. When we arrived at the canyon Jerry shared his tremendous knowledge about the canyon and its history with us. He then sent us on a 1 1/2 walk along... More

Our grown up family thoroughly enjoyed this day with Don Lago, who wrote the book on Grand Canyon questions. He geared the trip to our personal interests and we got to see many "hidden treasures." He picked us up at the resort in Sedona - don't let the conceirges tell you that they won't pick you up at the hotel... More
