We were staying at the Wyndam Flagstaff which allowed us to dine at this Country Club. The building and decor was nice, but we were seated in a bank of curved booths that all overlooked the golf course. Unfortunately, between our table and the golf course, was the outdoor seating area, so our view was about 30 people sitting in... More

We needed to escape the heat in Phoenix and a round of golf in Flagstaff was what the doctor ordered. Beautiful scenery and the weather was sunny and not too hot. The course was well-maintained and we didn't feel rushed. We took a break at the turn for lunch, which was tasty. The only bummer is the driving range, which... More

We read a lot of reviews about the golf course and have to say that I don't understand how someone cannot enjoy mother nature. I have played golf on many golf courses in the metro Phoenix area. So, to be able to go north and enjoy some great golf with my wife. Tee boxes, fairways and the green were the... More

The only public course in Flagstaff (!) offers the opportunity to get close to well-manicured greens. Golf shop personnel were very accommodating, even though they see lots of play and various levels of golfers.

Golf in Flagstaff, at one time rare, is burgeoning. while this is the only public course available and affordable it's pleasant atmosphere and well laid out fairways and greens are suitable for anyone into the game. The views of Mount Eldon and the surrounding environment are indicative of this region's summertime retreats.

It's the only public course in Flagstaff, so it's not like you have a ton of options, but it's a great course to play. It's consistently in good shape, the green fees are decent, lots of scenery and the club house is great.

So last night was my first time here, not only was the staff super friendly but I had the unfortunate experience of locking my keys in my car. Mr. Law the security guy was so friendly! I had already called AAA who told me they would take over an hour and also wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for it.... More

Went out about 6:30pm for dinner at the new Oakmont Restaurant at the country club across the road (we're staying at the Wyndham Timeshares). Nice décor, looks out over the golf course, a bit noisy probably due to the stone floor. Could probably do with a bit more artwork in the corridor leading to the restaurant - it looks a... More

February is clearly the off season here, prices and service reflect that. For $6 we got 1 round of golf per person. Can't beat that price. Period. But, that's all you get. No carts whatsoever. Club rentals unavailable, so if you didn't bring any, like us, you'll end up buying some at a Goodwill or Pawnshop. Cours is in rough... More

Staff were professional and courteous; especially the receptionist in the club house when we arrived too early and the golf course wasn't yet open. Rental clubs were excellent and the electric cart nice driving. However, were were disappointed in the course - although a nice location, it was covered in goose poop....couldn't even putt on the greens without clearing a... More
