There's some decent terrain at Snowbowl. It's a fun place to ski when they have snow. 07-08 has been a good year. What has happened to customer service? Let me tell you it is not at this mountain. Made reservations for private lessons for snowboarding for my fiancee only to drive 2 and ½ hours to the mountain to have lessons cancelled.
