Recently, I drove by the skating pond (not the arena) where I learned to skate as a child. The pond was overgrown with weeds and looked forlorn. Blunt Park used to be an open field that seemed to stretch for a mile (as a kid would see it). Now there is a school that takes up most of the openness... More

just okay. have spent some time in the park to read. noisy near road. Occasionally park in the woods deeper when working on the ambulance which is slightly more peaceful. The park is used for baseball games and other sporting events

Blunt park.... the name says it all. I wont even begin to describe the horrors that go on here (day or night). A quick google news search will tell you all there is to know

It's really not a bad area. It's known for a few things here and there but in reality it's not bad. That park is a great park but only for a few things. If you want to play baseball, softball, football, soccer, or even basketball then that's a good park to go to. I live 2 minutes away and nothing... More

Just a warning to prospective travelers; there is nothing to see at Blunt Park. It's just a bunch of sports fields and basketball courts. Plus, it's not in a great section of town.
