This is free, and quick hike for those with mobility concerns, not enough time or children that are just ready to go. The short hike is work it to catch a glimpse of the valley - what a view and worth the walk.

This is a beautiful short easy trail to enjoy. The overlook has beautiful views of the Shenandoah Valley. My only complaint is that there was some trash thrown about in the parking area and there was spray paint on some of the rock structures which took away from beauty. I assume it must have been some local residents that would... More

This was easy to find and walk. Great for people with mobility concerns. A short, flat walk delivered great views. Highly recommended!

This is a gem of a nature walk, accessible to all, leading to an astounding view over the valley of the South Fork Shenandoah River. The entrance to the trail is an attractive and inviting boardwalk with narrow, lengthwise boards which curve with the path, which is then paved for most of its length. The boardwalk picks up again shortly... More

This a trail that no matter what time of year you go it is wonderful. Of course Fall is my favorite and my families. The walk is easy and you have the opportunity to learn as you go.

The Massanutten Storybook Trail is very handicap friendly. It is fully paved and easy to negotiate, but there are also places to climb for the more energetic and agile youngsters in your party. It leads to an amazing view. This would make a lovely after dinner stroll to burn a few calories, as well.

This is a walk everyone can enjoy as it is even stroller friendly. You do have to keep an eye on your kids as there is a dangerous cliff at the end. There is a sturdy viewing platform at the end and it is extremely safe if you are responsible. But then you could always have a rebellious child who... More

Not very tiring and your kids (if below the age of 10) will enjoy. Once you reach the deck, the view is amazing!!
