Good food and trivia

Dropped in for trivia and were treated to good nachos and spicy tacos. Service was good. Loved the old bar feel. Wine and beer were cold.

Friendly, eclectic classic. Fab drinks the old fashioned way. A few blocks south of the plaza but worth the walk. And the generous pours will require a few more steps to work off on the way back to your hotel.

I have always loved the pink adobe restaurant however have not been to the Pink or its Dragon room bar since the founder Rosalea Murphy’s passing in 2000. Located close to the Oldest House and Mission in the US and a brief trek from the Plaza, the Pink Adobe and its bar - the Dragon Room are tucked away in... More

We had had a large lunch so that dinner was not a consideration. The three of us decided to visit the Dragon Room for 8:00 Trivia Night which would also include appetizers and some liquid refreshment. The lady who does the trivia was not in attendance so a gentleman stepped in for the evening. He was excellent. Eight rounds of... More

It's a quaint old bar in the heart of Santa Fe. The waitress was giving out fresh popcorn, and my wife and I had a margarita at the bar (we've had better almost everywhere else in Santa Fe). Seemed a bit aged and dingy without being charming. We didn't have anything to eat, and don't really feel like we will... More

We had popped our heads into the Rio Chama Bar just up the block but found it too full of politicians in suits. The Dragon Bar was casual, relaxed, funky and obviously a locals favorite - more to our liking. While we weren't impressed with the happy hour wine or margaritas, it is the type of establishment where we would... More

We sat at the bar for delicious margaritas and grabbed some popcorn from the machine. Fun vibe, good service, friendly people. I was there for drinks & ambiance, not food. I had not heard the best about the nosh - and decided to make it a liquid experience and dine elsewhere (Raaga - see review - yum). I was not... More

My wife and I went to the Pink Adobe Dragon Room (bar) to have a light supper-drinks and appetizers. We have had their chile stew many times, but this time it seemed to have deteriorated - more soupy/watery and less meat content. I had the crab cakes - also a disappointment. They were not hot, and the quantity of chile... More

We love the Pink Adobe; for atmosphere it is second to none. We have always been happy with the food there. However, last week my husband and I and his brother and wife went to the Dragon Room at the Pink Adobe. The Dragon Room is the restaurants' bar. We like the Dragon Room for a light meal. We ordered... More
