Ten minutes from downtown Santa Fe, but only minutes from the National Forest, there is nothing quite like this on the North American continent. Among pinons and junipers are beautiful outdoor hot tubs and spa suites, world-class bodywork & skin care, and the amazing izanami restaurant. For a lucky few, it is the closest lodging to the Santa Fe Ski area. « less

Between the hot tub, massage, sauna and "relaxation room," this took us away from all our stress for several hours. A great respite from the real world.

By far the best facial I've ever had--so relaxing--thanks to my wonderful facialist, Danielle. The setting is pretty and peaceful. I enjoyed the outdoor foot soaking tub while I waited for my treatment. I would return to Ten Thousand Waves in a heartbeat if I had the chance!

My husband and I took my 80 year old mother to the spa. We rented a private bathing pool and had a wonderful soak. In addition to the hot water tubs, the room we were in had a sauna and a cooling room, with showers. Upon arrival we were greeted by very helpful staff that helped us navigate my mom... More

Affordable and good value. The drive up to the spa is lovely. We rented a private hot tub on a cold winter day - just the thing to relieve tight, dry skin. They also have a good selection of skin and health products. Don't miss the little tea stations around the grounds. We will be going back on our next... More

I've been to ten thousand waves many, many times. The spa and grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. At this visit, I had a deep stone massage by Maria. It was incredible. I highly recommend her. And of course no visit to Santa Fe is complete without a visit to ten thousand waves.

We took our two small children with us to Ten Thousand Waves and it was such a magical experience. We had a private hot tub and the four of us just hung around naked in a wooden deep pool overlooking the forest. It was such a magical and chilly night too. The whole experience was well worth it. The communal... More

This is not your typical spa. My deep stone massage was fabulous, but what I loved most about the place was the communal areas - they are all outside and lovely. There is a place to soak your feet while you wait for your treatment, a few saunas, a ladies only hot tub outside and a coed hot tub outside.... More

We were in Santa Fe for a business trip and my wife and I decided to take a trip up to 10,000 waves while there....what a treat. Scheduled the Waterfall tub for a hour soak and then scheduled a massage with Robert and Patricia. The soak was great and the massage was the best we have ever had. This place... More

This is a wonderful place. I only used the hot tub but everything about it was so beautiful and relaxing. I would have liked to try a massage but we had the last slot of the day. Will definitely come here again.
