Description: Ten Thousand Waves is inspired by the great Japanese mountain hot spring...
Ten Thousand Waves is inspired by the great Japanese mountain hot spring resorts. Ten minutes from downtown Santa Fe, but only minutes from the National Forest, there is nothing quite like this on the North American continent. Among pinons and junipers are beautiful outdoor hot tubs and spa suites, world-class bodywork & skin care, and the amazing izanami restaurant. For a lucky few, it is the closest lodging to the Santa Fe Ski area.

Me and my wife did a package where we had 1 hour in a private hot spa bath, a 50 min couples message, and lunch at the Japanese tavern on property. The bath was situated outdoors yet walled with locked door for total privacy. Great way to start. The messages were perhaps the best we have received anywhere. Finally the... More

One of the best massages I've ever had. This is an interesting spa set in the hills near Santa Fe with Japanese setting. Go, relax, enjoy this spot!

Definitely a calming experience. I wish I had time and money to have a service there rather than just enjoy the communial tub

What a fantastic and unique spa. Makes one feel as though they are at a spa in Japan certainly not the desert. The treatments are pricey but so worth the price. I had the Japanese facial and have never had such a relaxing facial complete with a back rub,leg rub and scalp rub. This is a once in a lifetime... More

Get spirited away and relax in one of their private tubs or with a massage. A world all into its own with friendly staff. Second time here.

This is a great spot, just know that it can all start to add up on you. Especially at Inzari if you start ordering the sake

This was a great place to come to relax and appreciate the beauty of Santa Fe. We had a private bath which was outdoors. The pool was heated, so the 60-degree temperature wasn't important. I had a wonderful person to do my wrap and salt rub. I would recommend this experience to all.

We went here on the recommendation of my wife's brother. I'm not a big spa person, and my only basis for comparison is the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. My wife had booked us 90 minutes in the Oforo suite. This had a private dressing and shower area in continuity with a private hot tub, sauna, and a small room with... More

this was a one of a kind spa experience. Be sure to buy a package which includes a soak in a private hot tub with a semi private cold plunge. Don't bother bringing a suit - you won't need it. After the hot tub, there was time to relax in the foot soak tub overlooking the koi pond. I had... More
