I believe this has undergone several changes of ownership over the past couple of years, and the portion sizes continue to decrease along with the quality as the prices continue to increase. Most likely a pass from here on out.

For the ultimate Santa Fe/Southwest getaway this is the place! The grounds are dotted with historical buildings and the food is amazing. The people are always friendly and helpful.

Beautiful! Excellent service. Horseback riding is a must!! The view from our room was fantastic. Our room was very clean. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was under renovation, but we had a great time regardless.

Riding up onto the hills our wrangler told us all about the history of Santa Fe. The horses were steady and well behaved. The terrain was interesting and the views were fantastic. A must do if you love horses and Santa Fe.

Such a gem! The location is snuggled within the hills. The facility is clean. The bed, comforter, and pillows were all comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful deck view and was able to watch the sunset. We will continue to stay here at our next visit. :-)

Other reviews were spot on...great grounds, rooms are a bit dated. Recommendation for next time would be to get a second floor room. We had a bottom floor and it felt a little weird to sleep with the patio door open to get fresh mountain air. Felt safe, but just weird. Restaurant is nothing to write home about...worth it to... Just a few minutes up the winding road from the Santa Fe Plaza sits Bishop's Lodge, a sprawling inn and spa. Rooms are traditional southwest style, spacious, with lots of outdoor space to relax. Nice menu featuring southwestern specialties and welcoming staff. Great front desk team in place. Reportedly a favorite of Hollywood types but I won't name any of... More

We stayed in town in Santa Fe, but drove a short distance out to Bishop's Lodge to ride. The scenery was beautiful - a mix of mountains, forest and desert. We had a great guide, Joaquin, who is not only a good horseman, but also familiar with Santa Fe culture. The horses ranged from quarter horses and paints, to drafts... More

Lovely facility. Everything: the Chapel, the pool, the games, the restaurant... all loving maintained. The rooms themselves (at least in the North Building, where we stayed) were a bit dated. The staff more than made up for this.
