Incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience

Spending a week at the Inn and will review that later. The Spa at Loretto - wow! After spending a stressful week caring for a family member, I needed a quick massage. Little did... read more

I'm not usually a person who complains about people that work in the service industry because I can only imagine how hard their jobs are but I'm going to make an exception for this hotel. I tried to check in early on a Friday beause my best friend was having her wedding the next day. The treatment I received by... More

The hotel was nice and quaint. However, the room window was stuck open and wouldn't latch closed due to excessive amounts of paint. You couldn't get it to open wide either as a result of the paint. We had double beds in the room and one of the beds caved in in the middle. Needless to say , we switched... More

I enjoyed my full body massage and reflexology add on, but found it to be "nothing special". Reflexology was done in a way that I am not familiar with - if you are expecting a traditional Chinese/Asian treatment you may be disappointed. After days of walking and hiking it felt good...but was not much more than an extended Swedish massage.... More

Spending a week at the Inn and will review that later. The Spa at Loretto - wow! After spending a stressful week caring for a family member, I needed a quick massage. Little did I know I was in for the most incredible one ever. Halimah was careful of some post surgery areas with just the right touch. The Elemental... More

This is a charming hotel in the heart of old town. One item to note is that since this is a historic hotel, the rooms are quite small and have very little storage. The closet was located in the bathroom, which I wasn't crazy about. Also, my husband and I are Walking Dead fans and we were looking forward to... More

We were in room 330 which had a good size balcony with table and chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains with the tree leaves golden in color. Slept with the french doors open, quiet and cool breeze. Double beds, soft and comfortable and a good size room with double sinks in the bathroom. The hotel has specialty shops and central... More

I had been traveling for a while and my back was really hurting me. I booked a 50 minute standard massage session with Virginia. She took the time to get to know my main points of needed concentration and centered her energy properly. I spent the rest of the week back hurting free!

The hot stone massage and elemental facial were so relaxing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rock floors and cloud walls draw you in so it felt good just to be there and the well equipped baths provided a nice ending to the experience.

I was so blessed to share a few days for business trip at the Inn and experienced the incredible healing touch and beautiful, gentle hearts of the staff. I was swept away into peace and tranquility in this space. The gorgeous surroundings took me back in time to purity, beautiful healing rituals and a true sense of serenity. I will... More

Good location within walking distance of everything downtown. Service is pleasant and very helpful. Rooms are large, very clean and quiet. Good restaurants nearby (didn't like the hotel restaurant at all). When the need arose, upper management stepped in to help with a family crisis, and we are grateful. Maybe it's just us, but we find valet-only parking irritating, although... More
