We were in room 330 which had a good size balcony with table and chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains with the tree leaves golden in color. Slept with the french doors open, quiet and cool breeze. Double beds, soft and comfortable and a good size room with double sinks in the bathroom. The hotel has specialty shops and central... More

I had been traveling for a while and my back was really hurting me. I booked a 50 minute standard massage session with Virginia. She took the time to get to know my main points of needed concentration and centered her energy properly. I spent the rest of the week back hurting free!

The hot stone massage and elemental facial were so relaxing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rock floors and cloud walls draw you in so it felt good just to be there and the well equipped baths provided a nice ending to the experience.

I was so blessed to share a few days for business trip at the Inn and experienced the incredible healing touch and beautiful, gentle hearts of the staff. I was swept away into peace and tranquility in this space. The gorgeous surroundings took me back in time to purity, beautiful healing rituals and a true sense of serenity. I will... More

Good location within walking distance of everything downtown. Service is pleasant and very helpful. Rooms are large, very clean and quiet. Good restaurants nearby (didn't like the hotel restaurant at all). When the need arose, upper management stepped in to help with a family crisis, and we are grateful. Maybe it's just us, but we find valet-only parking irritating, although... More

We chose to get the Mindful Massage and share a massage room. This turned out to be the best post-Plaza and pre-margarita activity EVER! We have both had massages before where we walked out feeling either unrefreshed or beat up. The massage you get at Loretto is neither of those...it is the top shelf of massages. The Mindful Massage combines... More

So my stepmom as a birthday treat made an appointment for a massage for me. I was getting the elemental massage with an add on of desert sage scrub. My masseuse name was Lara. After going into the room she asked if there was anything that was hurting me or any area she wanted me to focus on. I told... More

This was my first trip ever to a Spa and I am grateful my first experience was at the Spa at Loretto! The staff was patient, encouraging, and gentle with this newbie. Service was their priority and not an opportunity to upsale. Will definitely go back for more treatments! Especially anything that involves the coffee scrub and Pure Bliss Coconut... More

We used the spa, but we were not staying at the hotel. Location was easy to find and within walking distance of most other hotels. Initial impression was nice, but I found it odd that there was no locker room or relaxation area to settle into once we arrived. Staff was friendly and we waited in the nail room in... More

Found this place on hotels.com. First, the price listed will not be the price you pay. They have a $19 valet charge, $14 resort fee, $12 fee for something else. But you do get free coffee and newspaper, lol.. The front desk is very friendly and helped with options for dinner. We sat in the lobby/bar area and ordered dessert... More
