Worst waste of 1 hour. Ditto what Steve C said. Clarice is nice but spewed out insignificant information not related to the 300 year old history of Santa Fe. Talked about current governors, weather that dried her feet :( where the convention center was, took us to canyon road and showed us what she bought. Really, how was SF founded... More

Happened upon this open air tram tour while walking at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Palace of the Governors on the Plaza and hopped on. It was almost full but there was room for two more. Cost was $15 per person for an approximately one-hour ride with commentary around the main sites of downtown Santa Fe. The trams have... More

Took the last tour of the day on the spur of the moment. Glad we did. Had an awesome time. Clarice was very knowledgeable about Santa Fe past and present. She has a great sense of humor. Made everyone on the tour feel welcome and included. Very helpful with my mother's walker. We had a great time. Thank you!

We took two trolley tours in Santa Fe, and this was the best. The driver has great stories, she is charming and fun. We walked up and were able to get on, but every seat did sell out. Book ahead if you can and arrive 15 minutes early. Pick up is right off the plaza, next to palace of the... More

I jumped on the Santa Fe Tram Tour which runs a few different times a day. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. I took this tour the first day of my trip and it really helped give me an overview of where things are, as well as city history. This is affordable and only an hour, worth doing.... More

I speak for about 5 or more people when I say this tour by Clarice herself (owner) was the worst, most useless we all have ever had. She talked about herself, the great economy and unemployment rate in SF; the price of real estate. Told us that Santa Fe was in the top three most expensive cities to live in.... More

I took this tour and was really impressed by our guide's knowledge of the area. He also engaged each passenger, finding out where they were from and then he incorporated that information into his narrative. The day after I took the tour I walked back to several places he mentioned.

We arrived for a tour and waited in the cold. We had called earlier and the owner said she was in her way to pick up the tram and gave us her cell phone number. She never answered it nor the office number. What a waste of time! Very unprofessional.

We had the pleasure of having Clarice as our guide. She is funny, she is warm, she is informative and added the right amount of spice to the tour to make it enjoyable and not boring. The one and only drawback is that it says that the tour lasts an hour and a half and it lasted just about an... More

We chose to take a tram tour with Custom Tours By Clarice due to the pick up being in front of the Inn of the Governors. We used Loretto Tours last year and were disappointed that we didn't use their service again this year. The tour guide/tram driver with Clarice was less than informative, seeming to be attempting to waste... More
