An unforgettable walk with memories that will last a lifetime. Experience first hand a living geological masterpiece on a grand scale and stand in awe at the mysterious yet majestic forces of nature that can create such a place and sculpt such art. Walking through the rock formations, taking the trail though a narrow canyon where you can stand in... More

Walking around Santa Fe's Art scene is a joy and treat for the eye. The many galleries, good food and exquisite scenery make this a definite stop on anyone's travel itinerary.

I hadn't been cross country skiing in a long time and wanted to get some pointers and a tour of the local trails. Robert handled all my rental needs, took me out on a beautiful trail, gave me wonderful tips, and was great company. I would highly recommend walkabouts.

I visited Santa Fe in late November when most of the tour companies had stopped running group day trips to nearby sights. Sue was incredibly responsive to my emails, trying to find ways I could join a scheduled trip. When that didn't work for my dates, she provided a number of options for private tours based on my interests. In... More

I can't say enough about this great group of people. When I called to make a reservation for a hike, the owner and I had a long chat about me and my friend's hiking abilities, what we were looking for and the timing of our hike. I felt so comfortable after the call that I knew we'd have a great... More

A scenic drive out of Santa Fe brought us to the trailhead of the Red Dot trail. Fritz equipped us with walking sticks and we headed down the steep, rocky trail. Not for the faint of heart, but what a thrilling experience! The weather was cool but clear - perfect for the level of exertion. Total time of the tour... More

My sister and I did the Route 66 tour in the Pinz with Jorge as well as a scenic tour with Deborah. Both days were fantastic. Completely different experiences and both worth it-- one was high impact excitement, the other was serene and beautiful and relaxing. This company knows what they're doing. Attention to detail, customer service.. from beginning to... More

I experienced everything I had hoped for, and more, on the Taos tour and the Taos Pueblo. Santa Fe Walkabouts prepared a personal itinerary just for me. My tour guide, Deborah, was friendly and knowledgeable about the Taos area. She was wonderful! The whole tour was a dream come true, and well worth the cost. I’m already planning my return... More

Meet just outside the French Bakery at 11:30, 1:30 & 3:30 daily just off square. Guide has excellent knowledge of the area and takes you on a drive for 1 and 1/2 hours outside of Santa Fe to see Bishop lodge and a scenic stop great for pictures. A must to get out of the city square and see the... More

Our group ( two couples ) had a great day exploring Bandelier National Monument with Santa Fe Walkabouts. Our guide picked us up at our Hotel in Santa Fe and dropped us off after the tour. She was a few minutes late due to a mechanical issue with the vehicle (flat tire) but called and let us know that She... More
